Did not play in the majority of the season after recovering from his second Tommy John surgery in the summer of 2022... Made one rehab outing with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sept. 3, spinning two perfect innings and striking out two against Round Rock.

Struck out 200 batters for the first time in his career, leading Dodger pitchers with 215 strikeouts and ranking 10th in the NL in that category ... In his first professional season, he went 1-0 and tossed a combined 5.0 scoreless innings in three games (one start) with Single-A Great Lakes and Rookie-level AZL Dodgers after recovering from elbow surgery...Collected a combined six strikeouts against three walks and did not issue a hit in all three outings.
