Red Sox Spring Training Ticket Terms and Conditions

The ticket holder of this ticket permitting entry to JetBlue Park for attendance at the stated game or event agrees to the terms and conditions on this ticket and available at /redsox/tickets/terms-and-conditionsmlb.com/redsox/tickets/terms-and-conditions and the rules and policies of the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club LP (¡°Club¡±) on behalf of himself/herself, any minor(s) accompanying Holder and any accompanying party for whom holder retains a ticket (collectively, ¡°Holder¡±). The Holder represents that he/she has authorization to accept such terms on behalf of himself/herself, any minor(s) and any accompanying party for whom Holder retains a ticket.

THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE AND DOES NOT CONFER ANY PROPERTY RIGHTS OR INTERESTS ON THE HOLDER. THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE THE LICENSE GRANTED BY THIS TICKET AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE OF THIS TICKET FOR THE PURPOSE AND INTENT OF TRANSFER OR RESALE OF THE TICKET ON THE SECONDARY MARKET, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH CLUB POLICIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS (INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TO ATTENDANCE, CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR AT JETBLUE PARK). HOLDER AGREES THAT ANY SUCH CLUB¡¯S REVOCATION OF THIS TICKET (AND REMAINING SEASON TICKETS, WHERE APPLICABLE) IS WITHOUT NOTICE OR REFUND AND CLUB MAY REFUSE ADMISSION TO, OR EJECT FROM JETBLUE PARK, ANY HOLDER IF HOLDER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH CLUB POLICIES OR IF HOLDER IS DEEMED TO BE DISORDERLY OR ENGAGING IN INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR, ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, OR INTERFERENCE WITH THE PLAY OF THE GAME ANY OF WHICH MAY SUBJECT HOLDER TO ARREST, FORFEITURE OF TICKET PRIVILEGES, PERMANENT BAN FROM ENTRY INTO JETBLUE PARK AND OTHER LEGAL ACTION. RED SOX TICKET POLICIES ARE POSTED IN THE TICKETS SECTION AND JETBLUE PARK¡¯S CODE OF CONDUCT IS POSTED IN THE JETBLUE PARK INFORMATION GUIDE ON REDSOX.COM AND ARE SUBJECT TO UPDATE BETWEEN PURCHASE OF THIS TICKET AND THE GAME OR EVENT.

COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE REGARDLESS OF PRECAUTIONS THAT MAY BE TAKEN. HOLDER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 AND OTHER OR COMMUNICABLE DISEASES AND COMPLY WITH ALL RELATED HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES OF THE CLUB AND JETBLUE PARK INCLUDING THE PROTOCOLS SET FORTH AT WWW.REDSOX.COM/HEALTHANDSAFETY, AS WELL AS CURRENT GUIDANCE OF THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION AND APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, CITY AND LOCAL LAWS AND POLICIES. HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PROPERTY LOSS AND PERSONAL INJURY INCIDENTAL TO THE GAME OF BASEBALL AND RELATED ACTIVITIES AT JETBLUE PARK, INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) THOSE RELATING TO THE STRUCTURE AND CONDITIONS OF JETBLUE PARK, AND THE DANGER OF BEING INJURED BY THROWN OR FLYING OBJECTS INCLUDING BATS AND BALLS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOLDER IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE AGAINST THE CLUB, AND THE OTHER MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL CLUBS, MLB ADVANCED MEDIA, L.P.,THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF BASEBALL,MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PROPERTIES, INC., THE MLB NETWORK, LLC AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES, AND THEIR AGENTS, LICENSEES, VENDORS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY THE ¡°RELEASED PARTIES¡±), AND RELEASES AND DISCHARGES THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY, COSTS, EXPENSES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES (WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL AND WHETHER ARISING UNDER STATUTE, FROM NEGLIGENCE, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME OR EVENT TO WHICH THIS TICKET GRANTS ADMISSION, JETBLUE PARK, OR ANY SERVICES OR GOODS PROVIDED OR SOLD AT JETBLUE PARK NOTWITHSTANDING THAT IT MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF SUCH RELEASED PARTY OR PARTIES.

Items that are prohibited upon entry at JetBlue Park may be confiscated. All patrons and their belongings are subject to search by Club security personnel prior to gaining entry to JetBlue Park, and by tendering this ticket for entry into JetBlue Park, the Holder consents to such search. Failure to consent to such search will result in denial of entry into JetBlue Park and reentry is not permitted at any gate. Smoking, vaping and use of smokeless tobacco is prohibited. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Club. Holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the game to which it grants admission, including but not limited to any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information concerning the game (the ¡°Game Information¡±). The Club is the exclusive owner of all copyright and other proprietary rights in the game and the Game Information. The Club, any participating club, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and MLB Advanced Media, LP shall have the unrestricted right and license to use the Holder¡¯s likeness as included in any broadcast (live or recorded), telecast or photograph taken in connection with the game. Holder grants permission to the Club, the other participating club(s) and their agents, affiliates and licensees to utilize the Holder¡¯s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the game to which this ticket grants admission, for any purpose whatsoever including commercial purposes.

All sales are final. The Club¡¯s game schedule is subject to change for any reason at any time (including game dates, times, and opponents). If the game specified on this ticket is rescheduled for any reason including due to a rain-out, this ticket will be valid for the rescheduled game date and time, and the ticket holder will not be entitled to a ticket exchange or refund for any reason. Handling charges, convenience fees and other service charges are not refundable. If the game specified on this ticket is suspended for any reason, including due to weather conditions, and play is continued on a later date, this ticket will only be valid for the portion of the game played prior to the suspension in play, and the ticket holder will not be entitled to a ticket exchange or refund for any reason. The Club will not provide a ticket exchange or refund for any counterfeit tickets purchased in the secondary market, or for any lost or stolen tickets.
