General Terms and Conditions for the PIF Payment Plan
These terms and conditions (ˇ°Terms and Conditionsˇ±) govern the PIF Payment Plan for the purchase of a Reserved, Choice, or Flex Membership (each, a ˇ°MyTwins Membershipˇ±). The MyTwins Membership purchased under this PIF Payment Plan includes a variety of membership benefits for the upcoming Major League Baseball (ˇ°MLBˇ±) regular season, as determined by the MyTwins Membership you selected and fully described in the MyTwins Membership Program Terms located at twins.com/MyTwinsMembershipTerms. You understand that by selecting the PIF Payment Plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions, ˇ°you,ˇ± and ˇ°your,ˇ± mean the person purchasing the MyTwins Membership and ˇ°we,ˇ± ˇ°us,ˇ± and ˇ°Minnesota Twinsˇ± means Minnesota Twins, LLC (d/b/a Minnesota Twins Baseball Club). THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FEATURE. PLAN PAYMENTS FOR YOUR MYTWINS MEMBERSHIP WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU OPT-OUT OF THE PIF PAYMENT PLAN.
Auto-Renewal Terms of the PIF Payment Plan
One payment at 0% APR will automatically be deducted from your credit or debit card on August 28, 2024 for the 2025 Major League Baseball (ˇ°MLBˇ±) regular season. Each subsequent July, you will be notified of the renewal rate for your MyTwins Membership. No further paperwork will be required from you to renew your MyTwins Membership for the following MLB regular season. You will continue to be automatically charged each August while continuing to enjoy all of your MyTwins Membership benefits each year.
Payments made in August will apply to your most recently selected MyTwins Membership (and continue all of the benefits available under that MyTwins Membership) for the following MLB regular season. By selecting the PIF Payment Plan, you acknowledge that your selected MyTwins Membership will automatically renew in August of each successive year, unless you opt-out to the Minnesota Twins by September 28 of the prior year, as further described below. Automatic renewals may be at a higher rate, which will be disclosed to you in advance. You understand that your MyTwins Membership may only be cancelled by submitting the opt-out form located at /twins/forms/auto-renew-opt-out-2025 (the ˇ°Opt-out Formˇ±) on or before September 28 of the prior year (e.g., in order to cancel for the 2026 MLB regular season, the Minnesota Twins must receive your Opt-out Form by September 28, 2025). Failure to submit your Opt-out Form by September 28 will result in your MyTwins Membership being renewed for the next MLB regular season.
The Minnesota Twins strictly prohibit (i) the purchase of a MyTwins Membership for the primary purpose of reselling tickets available under that membership, and (ii) any purchaser of a MyTwins Membership from entering false information, using stolen identities, or impersonating others when making ticket purchases. The Minnesota Twins reserve the absolute right to cancel and pro-rata refund (when applicable) any MyTwins Membership, or any ticket redemption through that membership, if the Minnesota Twins determines (in its sole discretion), that the membership is in violation of these prohibitions.
Payment Authorization ("Payment Authorization")
You authorize us (which includes, for the purposes of this Payment Authorization, our agents, service providers, and successors or assigns) to initiate charges or payment entries to the debit card or credit card (your ˇ°Accountˇ±) that you provide in conjunction with agreeing to the PIF Payment Plan for the total amount due on the payment due date. If you chose the PIF Payment Plan and your MyTwins Membership automatically renews, you further authorize us to initiate charges or payment entries to your Account for the total amount due on each payment due date specified on any MyTwins Membership invoice you receive in connection with such renewal. You agree that (i) this Payment Authorization will apply to any substitute debit card or credit card that you provide us; (ii) we may reinitiate any charge to your Account that is unsuccessful; and (iii) we may initiate a credit or debit to your Account to correct any error in processing a charge. We will provide you with written notice if a payment entry varies from the amount specified on the applicable MyTwins Membership invoice. Each charge to a debit or credit card will be processed in U.S. dollars, and if a charge is converted into another currency, this amount may vary based on fluctuations in the applicable conversion rate. You understand that your bank may charge you a fee if a payment is returned for insufficient funds, and that we will have no liability for any such fee.

These terms and conditions (ˇ°Terms and Conditionsˇ±) govern the 50/50 Payment Plan for the purchase of a Reserved, Choice, or Flex Membership (each, a ˇ°MyTwins Membershipˇ±). The MyTwins Membership purchased under this 50/50 Payment Plan includes a variety of membership benefits for the upcoming Major League Baseball (ˇ°MLBˇ±) regular season, as determined by the MyTwins Membership you selected and fully described in the MyTwins Membership Program Terms located at twins.com/MyTwinsMembershipTerms. You understand that by selecting the 50/50 Payment Plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Two equal payments at 0% APR will automatically be deducted from your credit or debit card. You will automatically be charged on scheduled payment dates for the 2025 MLB regular season, with the first payment being charged August 28, 2024 and the second payment being charged on December 28, 2024. Each subsequent July, you will be notified of the renewal rate for your MyTwins Membership. No further paperwork will be required from you to renew your MyTwins Membership for the following MLB regular season. You will continue to be automatically charged each August and December while continuing to enjoy all of your MyTwins Membership benefits each year.

Payments under the Monthly Payment Plan will be charged in accordance with the payment schedule outlined herein and/or as stated on your MyTwins Membership invoice.
