Uber Eats at Yankee Stadium

You will receive your Uber Eats Voucher for use in Yankee Stadium via SMS or email. Tap the link provided and follow the steps below to accept and redeem your voucher. Make sure to add a form of payment in the Uber Eats app.

• Click the voucher link provided in the SMS or email you receive from Yankee Stadium and select "Add voucher"
• If you already have the Uber Eats App, the voucher will automatically be added to your account. If you don't have an account, select "Create an account"
• Make sure you have an approved form of payment set up in the app.

• Open the Uber Eats App and tap the name of the in-stadium concession stand from which you'd like to order

• After selecting your items, tap "View Cart"

• If your Voucher is active, it will appear as a payment method. Tap "Place Order" once you're ready to order

Q: Can I redeem my Uber Eats Voucher outside of Yankee Stadium?

A: No. Your Uber Eats Voucher is only valid at select concession stands within Yankee Stadium.

Q: After I¡¯ve claimed my voucher, how can I view it in the app?

A: You can see it in the Uber Eats wallet and on the checkout screen after you add items to your cart.

Q: I can¡¯t see the voucher in the Uber Eats wallet. Did I successfully claim it?

A: If you¡¯ve successfully claimed the voucher, it should show up in the Uber Eats wallet and in the fare breakdown. If you don¡¯t see it there, then restart the app. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team.

Q: I¡¯ve claimed my voucher but it¡¯s still not showing up at checkout. How can I use it?

A: After claiming the voucher, restart the Uber Eats app to redeem it. We also recommend that you have the latest app installed.

Q: My order¡¯s total hasn¡¯t changed. Will the voucher still apply to this order?

A: The voucher will apply as long as you see it on your checkout screen and you are on your personal profile. If you are on your managed company profile, you will get an error when you try to place your order.
