MLB Ballpark app - Accepting a Forwarded Ticket
Before you begin, make sure you are logged in to the MLB Ballpark app prior to clicking the link to accept the forwarded ticket. Once you have done that, simply follow the steps based on device type.
- Open text message or email. Tap on the link and click ¡®Open¡¯
- Tap ¡®Access the tickets¡¯ and open in the MLB Ballpark app
- You will receive confirmation that you have accepted your ticket(s)
- Tap the ¡®Ticket¡¯ tab on the bottom navigation bar to view your tickets
If your tickets do not show up immediately, refresh the app by sliding your finger from top to bottom on your phone screen

You can easily access and accept tickets that are forwarded to you through the MLB Ballpark app.
Before you begin, make sure you are logged in to the MLB Ballpark app prior to clicking the link to accept the forwarded ticket. Once you have done that, simply follow the steps:
- Open the text message or email. Tap on the link and click ¡®Open¡¯
- Tap ¡®Access the tickets¡¯ and open in the MLB Ballpark app
- You will receive confirmation that you have accepted your ticket(s)
- Tap the ¡®Ticket¡¯ tab on the bottom navigation bar to view your tickets

Desktop
You may accept forwarded tickets through your MyTickets account on your desktop by following these steps:
- Log in to Astros.com/mytickets
- On the right-hand side under upcoming events, select ¡®View All Ticket Inventory¡¯
- Your tickets will appear in your account
If they do not appear right away, refresh the page or logout and sign back in.
