In-Kind Donations

The Blue Jays are committed to supporting numerous charitable and community organizations across the country. By providing in-kind donations of autographed memorabilia, the Blue Jays hope that they are able to support fundraising efforts of important community events year-round.

Eligible organizations include but are not limited to registered non-profits, youth baseball and softball groups, health and wellness, educational initiatives, first responders, and military and veterans.

Due to the large volume of requests that we receive, we kindly ask that you please follow the guidelines below:

• All requests must be submitted online through the form below. Requests submitted via email, mail, phone, or fax will not be considered.
• Requests should come directly from the benefitting organization. Third-party fundraising, such as team or individual campaigns, will not be considered.
• Requests must be submitted no less than six (6) weeks prior to the event date.
• Requests are limited to one donation item per organization per calendar year.
• Donations are for charitable purposes only, we are unable to support business incentives, corporate gifts, or donations to for-profit entities.
• Organizations must be based in Canada.

Helpful Hints:

• Your application should explain what you are fundraising for.
• If your request is submitted successfully, you will receive an email immediately from [email protected].
• We do not accept merchandise for the purpose of autographing.
• We are not responsible if these items are lost, misplaced, or damaged during transit.
• Please note donations are in the form of autographed memorabilia; we do not provide tickets or monetary donations.
