What is the Brewers Superfan Spotlight?
The Brewers Superfan Spotlight is a recognition program designed to honor and celebrate the passionate and dedicated supporters of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, Limited Partnership (¡°Brewers¡± or ¡°Sponsor¡±). This monthly accolade is a testament to the exceptional enthusiasm and unwavering loyalty exhibited by one outstanding fan who goes above and beyond to demonstrate their love for the team. To show thanks and gratitude for these dedicated fans, each month from April 2025 through September 2025 one (1) fan will be chosen for the Superfan Spotlight for a total of six (6) fans.
This spotlight serves as a meaningful way for the Brewers to express gratitude to the core of their success¡ªthe passionate and dedicated fans who contribute to the energy of the team community. It not only recognizes the individual but also serves to inspire and foster a sense of camaraderie among all fans, strengthening the bond between the team and its supporters.
Who can be nominated for the Brewers Superfan Spotlight?
A nominee for the Brewers Superfan Spotlight must be an individual residing in Wisconsin who shows an exceptional dedication to the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers will review all nominations and select one individual to receive the Superfan Spotlight each month from April 2025 through September 2025.
What criteria will be considered for the Brewers Superfan Spotlight?
Criteria for Selection:
- Passionate Fandom: The recipient should showcase an unmistakable passion for the team.
- Positive Team Spirit: The fan should embody a spirit of sportsmanship and positivity, uplifting fellow fans and contributing to a vibrant and supportive team community.
- Creative Displays of Support: Whether it¡¯s through elaborate game-day outfits or creative signs, the award recipient should stand out for their creative expressions of support.
- Community Engagement: Involvement in community activities and charitable initiatives that promote the team¡¯s values and contribute positively to the local community will be considered.
- Social Media Presence: Recognition may be given to fans who actively engage with the team on social media platforms, sharing their experiences and helping to build a strong online fan community.
Who can nominate an individual for the Brewers Superfan Spotlight?
Any U.S. resident (including D.C.) who is eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) can nominate a qualifying Wisconsin resident 18 years of age or older for the Superfan Spotlight. If a minor child wishes to nominate, the child¡¯s parent or legal guardian eighteen (18) years of age or older must submit the nomination. If a nominator wishes to nominate a nominee who is a minor child, the nominator must have all necessary consents and permissions from the nominee¡¯s parent or legal guardian, and all contact information supplied for the nominee must be that of the nominee¡¯s parent or legal guardian. Self-nominations by Wisconsin residents are permitted in accordance with these guidelines. All individuals submitting nominations agree to release and hold the Brewers and the other MLB Entities harmless from and against any and all rights, claims and causes of action that may arise against either of them in connection with nominations submitted as part of this promotion. ¡°MLB Entities¡± means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (¡°BOC¡±), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (¡°MLB¡±), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (¡°Clubs¡±), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.
How do I nominate someone for the Brewers Superfan Spotlight Award?
Nominations for the Brewers Superfan Spotlight can be made by completing a nomination form online at brewers.com/superfan. All nominations for 2025 award recipients must be received by August 31, 2025. Nominations for a given month¡¯s award must be received by the last day of the immediately preceding month (for example, by March 31, for the April award).
How Will the Brewers Superfan Spotlight Recipients Be Acknowledged?
Each recipient of the Brewers Superfan Spotlight will receive two (2) tickets for winner and one (2) guests to a 2025 regular season Milwaukee Brewers game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the opportunity to be recognized on-field to throw out a ceremonial first pitch, and receive a Brewers fan pack. The recipient¡¯s name and photo may also be featured on the Brewers website. All award details, including, without limitation, the exact nature and duration of the recognition on social media channels and/or the Brewers website, shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Milwaukee Brewers and subject to availability.
Exact nature and duration of the ceremonial first pitch shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Brewers and subject to availability. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see brewers.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each recipient¡¯s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each recipient and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations; see brewers.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any recipient and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the event is subject to recipient¡¯s (and guest¡¯s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities, including but not limited to the wearing of masks if and when directed and the requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., having received a final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to the event).
What else should I know?
The Brewers retain sole and absolute discretion regarding the evaluation of nominees and the selection of each award recipient for the Brewers Superfan Spotlight. If a nominee does not accept the award within 72 hours of a communication from the Brewers notifying the nominee, the Brewers may select a different nominee as the award recipient in the Brewers¡¯ sole and absolute discretion. The Brewers may contact nominators or nominees using information provided on the nomination form for purposes of evaluating nominees. All decisions made by the Brewers in connection with the Brewers Superfan Spotlight are final, and no correspondence will be entered into relating to these decisions. The Brewers reserve the right to require potential award recipients to complete certain documentation, such as a certificate of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (except where prohibited by law), photo/image waiver and release, and authorization for a background check, as a condition of potential selection for receipt of the Superfan Spotlight.
