Expected return: Potentially May
Status: Threw another simulated game on April 7, and manager Pat Murphy said he will decide on April 8 if Woodruff is ready for a rehab assignment with Triple-A Nashville. (updated April 8)
RHP Tobias Myers
Injury: Left oblique discomfort
IL date: March 27 (15-day, retroactive to March 24)
Expected return: May
Status: Tentatively scheduled for rehab starts with Triple-A Nashville on April 8, April 13 and April 18 before potentially rejoining the Major League rotation. Manager Pat Murphy said he will pitch two ups, then three, then four, meaning his return would be early May at the earliest, if all goes well. (updated April 8)
LHP Connor Thomas
Injury: Left elbow arthritis

Status: ¡°He came in with an elbow injury,¡± manager Pat Murphy said on April 8. ¡°He came to us and said, 'I'm really sore. I can't make my next start.'¡± (updated April 8)

Injury: Left elbow flexor strain

Status: Felt discomfort in his elbow after his first start March 29, then felt sorer than usual in the days following his April 3 start. It was determined he should not make his next start. (updated April 6)
OF Blake Perkins
Injury: Right shin fracture
IL date: March 27 (10-day, retroactive to March 24)
Expected return: Possibly May
Status: Had more imaging done April 4. Manager Pat Murphy said Perkins is running on the AlterG, hitting and throwing, and he is hopeful Perkins gets approval to see live pitching soon. (updated April 5)
RHP Aaron Civale
Injury: Left hamstring cramping
IL date: March 31 (15-day)
Expected return: Late April
Status: Left March 30 start vs. Yankees after three innings. MRI scan confirmed a mild strain, but Civale is scheduled for mound sessions on April 5 and 8. (updated April 1)
LHP Aaron Ashby
Injury: Right oblique strain
IL date: March 27 (15-day, retroactive to March 24)

Status: Building up to throw a bullpen session tentatively scheduled for April 11. (updated April 1)
LHP DL Hall
Injury: Left lat strain

Status: As of April 1, Hall was building up for mound sessions in Arizona tentatively scheduled for April 15 and 18 before live batting practice April 23. (updated April 1)
1B Tyler Black (No. 6 prospect)
Injury: Right hamate fracture
IL date: March 28 (Minor League)
Expected return: 6-8 weeks
Status: Black competed for a roster spot in Spring Training but was optioned to Triple-A before suffering the injury, which has the potential to push his season debut back into June. (updated March 28)
LHP Thomas Pannone
Injury: Left flexor tendon tear
Expected return: TBD
Status: He left a March 2 start and will be shut down from throwing for at least one month. (updated March 7)
RHP J.B. Bukauskas
Injury: Right lat surgery
Expected return: 2026
Status: Suffered a major setback while throwing live batting practice on Feb. 19. He is not expected to pitch this season. (updated Feb. 25)
