T-Mobile Park does not currently have a quiet room. Noise-cancelling headphones are available for complimentary use. Please visit the Main Guest Service Center at Section 128 for more information.

Fireworks: Please be advised that there will be fireworks during every Mariners home game after the performance of the National Anthem, after every Mariners home run and after every Mariners win. In addition to fireworks, there will be additional in-park effects and elements; this may include loud noises and lighting effects during inning breaks.

The Mariners offer an ADA Batting Practice program for Guests with mobility disabilities who are unable to navigate the seating bowl stairs on the Main Level. This program allows Guests with mobility disabilities to have equal access to the field during batting practice (night games only). Due to limited availability, Guests are allowed one other guest to accompany them onto the field and are encouraged to make reservations at least three (3) business days prior to arriving at the ballpark. No reservations will be taken less than 48 hours in advance. All reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests can inquire about date availability and make reservations by contacting the Mariners ADA Services at [email protected].

Outside food is permitted in single-serving sizes. Sealed, clear plastic water bottles up to 32oz, baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single serve containers like juice boxes are permitted. Soda, coffee or other beverages are not allowed. Guests may also bring in one empty plastic reusable bottle 32 ounces or smaller. The Mariners hospitality partner Sodexo Live! has updated menus to comply with health and safety guidelines with food and beverage items in to-go packages. Please note, all concession stands are cashless and not all concessions will be open for all games.

T-Mobile Park Team Members have been trained in emergency preparedness including the appropriate ways to evacuate Guests with disabilities. Should an emergency evacuation occur, emergency information would be displayed on the video board, and announced on the assistive listening devices and public address system.

All T-Mobile Park entrances are accessible. Guests are not permitted to re-enter the ballpark once they leave. In case of an emergency, re-entry permission may be granted. Any Guests wishing to enter T-Mobile Park are subject to the established ballpark screening guidelines.

For the comfort and safety of all Guests, the following items are prohibited inside the ballpark:

PROHIBITED ITEMS

For everyone¡¯s safety, the Mariners do not allow the following items:

• Aerosol containers/bottles (i.e. hairspray, sunscreen, shaving cream, air freshener, spray paint, etc.)
• Alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beer, including but not limited to bottles, cans, airline bottles, shooters, flasks and zip-loc bags.
• Aluminum or metal containers, including but not limited to bottles, cans, cups, flasks, urns or thermoses. Guests may bring in one empty plastic reusable bottle 32 ounces or smaller.
• Ammunition
• Animals (other than service animals)
• Audio recording devices
• Balloons, beach balls and other inflatable items
• Baseball bats; provided, however that on the day of the purchase, baseball bats purchased at T-Mobile Park during the game or event will be tagged and permitted for the date of purchase only. Please note that the item may be held for pickup upon exit.
• Brooms
• Chairs, stools or bleacher seat backs containing metal
• Cameras and equipment¡ªCameras 6 inches or larger with the lens fully extended., video cameras, tripods, monopods, extendable gimbals and selfie sticks.
• Coolers¡ªHard sided and Styrofoam coolers, hard plastic inserts for soft coolers and backpack coolers.
• Drones
• Firecrackers or fireworks
• Flag poles or sticks¡ªPVC, wood or other types of materials
• Flammable liquids or substances
• Flasks
• Glass or ceramic containers, including but not limited to cups, bottles, flasks, bowls, dishes, etc.
• Hoverboarrds/skateboards/roller skates/roller blades
• Illegal substances
• Laser pointers
• Luggage or duffle bags of any kind
• Noisemakers
• Obscene, offensive or indecent clothing
• Outside Beverages. Fans are allowed to bring in one factory sealed or one empty plastic reusable water bottle 32 ounces or less. Soda, coffee or other beverages are not allowed.
• Self-defense sprays (including mace, pepper or bear spray)
• Selfie sticks, extendable camera gimbals
• Signs or banners with non-sporting messaging
• Toy guns or knives, including water guns
• Weapons of any kind¡ªGuns, knives, metal tools, brass or plastic knuckles, stun guns, Tasers, cork screws, box cutters, razor blades, scissors, etc.
• Wrapped Packages

Items not listed here but determined to be a risk to the safety or enjoyment of attendees by stadium management shall be refused entry.

King County Metro has a variety of accessible services for passengers coming to the ballpark; however no regular-route stops are located adjacent to the ballpark.

Metro's ACCESS service and paratransit vans are directed to load/unload passengers along the east curb of Occidental Avenue S. next to the parking plaza. For information on the many transportation options available to and from the ballpark, guests can visit our website at Mariners.com/Transportation.

Ramps are located at SEC 114 (Right Field) and SEC 143 (Left Field) to access all levels of the ballpark. Portions of the Right Field ramp have slopes that exceed standards and may prove difficult to use for persons with mobility disabilities. Elevators are available throughout T-Mobile Park to access all levels of the ballpark.
