Our Nationals Guest Experience team has three locations available to serve you, located behind Sections 103, 131 and 320. All Guest Services locations will be open at the time as gates open. Guest Services located at Section 103 will remain open an additional 60 minutes following the conclusion of the game. Braille and tactile signs are located at most entryways; these include the room name and number.
Guests with hearing impairments may sign out a transistor radio free of charge from Main Guest Services located in Centerfield Plaza (near Section 103). A valid government-issued ID will be held until the device is returned. These devices are available for all Nationals home games and events where the house sound and radio system is used.
Changing tables are located in all family restrooms behind Sections 104, 117, 139 and 235, as well as all public restrooms throughout the park. If an adult in your group needs to be changed and is too big for a changing table, our first aid locations have tables available for you to use.
The Nursing Lounge is a fully dedicated space for nursing mothers at Nationals Park. Located adjacent to Section 223, the air-conditioned lounge includes TVs, comfortable chairs for mothers, diaper changing stations, refrigeration units, a play area for toddlers, and electrical outlets.
Single-serving food items may be brought into the Nationals Baseball Stadium Complex, as long as they are contained in one of the approved bags under the Nationals then-current bag policy, or carried in your hands so the food items can be safely screened by security. Prior to every Nationals home game, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) will allow passengers needing ADA accommodations to be dropped off along First Street, SE (near the grand staircase at the intersection of Potomac Avenue and First Street, SE).
The following Nationals Park entrance gates are ADA accessible:
- Centerfield Gate
- 1st base ADA (located on the corner of 1st St. SE and Potomac Ave.)
- Home Plate Gate
- Media & Suites
- Left Field Gate
There are three sets of elevators and three sets of escalators at Nationals Park. Elevators are located behind Sections 113 and 134 for access to all levels, and behind Section 120 for Terra Club, FIS Champions Club and Press Box access. Elevators are fully accessible and offer access to the public concourses in Nationals Park. Please do not board an escalator with a baby stroller, walker, wheelchair, etc. Please exercise caution and comply with all other escalator guidelines at all times during escalator use.
Nationals¡¯ staff members are trained in emergency preparedness. Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Nationals Park, guests will be given instructions via the public address and caption systems. The evacuation/exit instructions will also be posted on the scoreboard and televisions located throughout the concourses. Evacuation instructions are also displayed prior to first pitch at every home game. Unless all electrical power sources are rendered inoperable, elevators will remain fully operational during emergency situations and available for use in evacuation of those with accessibility needs. If elevators are not operable, guests requiring assistance should contact a Nationals staff member.
Nationals Park First Aid Rooms are located behind sections 131, 107, and 312; and include restroom facilities that, like other restrooms at Nationals Park, are fully accessible for guests with disabilities. First Aid Rooms also offer a variety of additional accommodations for guests with disabilities and are staffed by medical personnel from AMR. Accessible parking spaces are available in all lots for Nationals Park guests. Ticket holders requiring accessible parking spaces should call 202.675.NATS (6287), Option 1 (one) then Option 1 again for information on availability in specific lots.
To further accommodate season plan holders who purchased an accessible season ticket parking permit package in one of the designated lots, the team will make, based on availability, select additional accessible parking spaces available in on a first come, first served basis in the GEICO Garage and Garage C. Garage C can be accessed on First Street SE, and GEICO Garage on N St SE. Fans must present a government issued disabled parking placard/license plate, as well as the parking pass for their assigned lots or garages, to access the spaces in GEICO Garage and Garage C. Because accessible parking spaces in the GEICO Garage and Garage C are based on availability, and are available on a first come, first served basis, guests to Nationals Park are strongly encouraged to arrive to these garages at least one hour or more prior to game time to have an opportunity to access these spaces. Please note that certain games such as Opening Day, Postseason, and other high profile games may have limited availability.
For those who need accessible parking on a single game basis, the Nationals have reserved a limited number of accessible parking spaces in the GEICO Garage and Garage C. Reservations for these spaces may only be purchased online.
Fans must present their state of government issued disabled parking placards/license plates, as well as their single game parking pass purchased online. Guests of Nationals Park are strongly encouraged to arrive to these lots at least one hour or more prior to game time to have an opportunity to access these spaces.
Metro is fully ADA accessible at the Navy Yard Station. The Navy Yard West Entrance located on the SE corner of M and Half Streets SE, as well as the Navy Yard East Entrance located on the NW corner of M Street and New Jersey Ave SE are both ADA accessible.
The Centerfield Gate is located a half block south from the Navy Yard station on Half Street.
All restrooms in Nationals Park are fully accessible for guests with disabilities. Family Restrooms may be found on the concourses behind Sections 104, 117, 139 and 235. We request that family restrooms be reserved for guests with young children or those with special needs.
Accessible seating is available for purchase online at nationals.com/tickets, or in person at the Nationals Park box office windows on game days. Ticket holders who need to change their seats for accessible seating can also visit the Ticket Services windows on game days. Should a guest need to exchange their seats for ADA seating once inside Nationals Park, they may do so at Advanced Ticket Sales located behind Section 104.
Accessible seating for guests with disabilities or special needs is available on all seating levels of Nationals Park. Companion seats are available for purchase next to the accessible seat. In addition, accessible seating is available to accommodate large groups. Each of the all-inclusive areas, suites and restaurants at Nationals Park also accommodate guests with disabilities. The Nationals are proud to offer sensory kits available for guests with sensory needs during Nationals home games ¨C these kits include:

In partnership with Kulture City, the Nationals offer a Quiet Zone Sensory Room. The sensory room is located on the Main Concourse across from Section 140. The space features sensory activities, as well as soothing lighting and soft flooring. It is designed to help enhance the ballpark experience for guests with sensory needs.
We welcome trained service animals recognized by federal law at Nationals Park. "Service Animals" are defined as dogs (or in some cases, miniature horses) that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals must be leashed and under the control of their handler at all times. All other animals are prohibited.
All suites are accessible and include a private restroom. Balcony seating may be removed upon request to provide wheelchair accommodation. Requests for seat removal must be received no less than 24 hours prior to first pitch of the game. An accessible ticket window (Window #8) is located at the Main Box Office, outside of the Center Field gates.
Wheelchair service will be offered at each Nationals home game. Wheelchair Service entails transportation for guests from park entry points to their seats and back. Guests requiring wheelchair service may request from any Guest Experience representative in Nationals Park. Guests may also request a wheelchair by texting NATS followed by their request and location to 202.980.4357. Based on demand, guests will be placed in a virtual queue, transportation times may vary. Requests to either Garage B or C will be accommodated. If a wheelchair is needed for a medical emergency, and guest requests to see a medic, a member of our medical team will be available to assist.
