PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY GUIDELINES:

To receive a promotional item, guests must present a valid game ticket upon entering Nationals Park. Giveaway items are available while supplies last at each individual point of entry. The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee receipt of the designated promotional item.

Guests must collect promotional items at their respective gate of entry. Once inside the ballpark, guests are not permitted to go to another gate to receive a promotional item, nor may guests return to the item distribution area after entering the ballpark. While every effort is made to distribute promotional items based on expected entry volume at each gate, gates may run out of items at different times.

Sized items cannot be exchanged for different sizes after clearing the distribution area. Only one (1) item may be received per scanned entry. If you have purchased multiple tickets, you must exit the ballpark after receiving your giveaway item and re-enter the ballpark to receive an additional item with a new scanned ticket.

Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item is damaged, please see a Nationals promotional representative at any promotions area or go to Main Guest Services in Center Field Plaza immediately to exchange for another item. The Nationals are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen promotional items.

The Nationals reserve the right to change these policies without notice.

The Nationals reserve the right to change any and all 2025 access, benefits, promotions, seating locations and events (including, without limitation, location, dates and times) without notice based upon: 1) federal, city, state and/or local government orders, mandates or restrictions; 2) the guidance or recommendations of a recognized health agency (i.e. Centers for Disease Control or the World Health Organization); 3) any other reason as determined by the Nationals and/or Major League Baseball in their sole discretions.

Tickets brokers are not eligible for this offer. The Washington Nationals may expand the use of netting. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
