DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA DRIVERS
You must bring the following to the DMV location to obtain organizational tags:
- Valid Identification of the Registered Owner(s)
- Existing Vehicle Tags
(Note: If you do not surrender your existing tags, you will be liable for any tickets that may be received by the tag.)
In addition to the regular registration fee, there is also an organizational application tag fee of $100.
If you plan to display the organizational tags on your vehicle, you must surrender both of your current vehicle tags and registration card and pay the additional organizational application tag fee.
MARYLAND DRIVERS

Organization plates cannot be processed on vehicles classified as historic, so please do not submit an application to the Washington Nationals if your vehicle is classed as historic.
Organization plates will not be forwarded if there is a forwarding order on the address listed on the application, so please do not submit an application to the Washington Nationals using an address that has a forwarding order.
