WASHINGTON -- Part of the experience at Nationals Park this season is being surrounded by some of the most iconic events in team history.
As the Nationals celebrate their 20th anniversary, they asked fans to vote on their 20 favorite moments from the past two decades.
Six of those key images from Nats lore were selected to be displayed on massive banners draped on parking garages past the outfield walls that are visible throughout Nationals Park.
Here are what fans can look back on this season at the ballpark:
March 30, 2008: Ryan Zimmerman belts a walk-off home run to open Nationals Park
June 8, 2010: Stephen Strasburg strikes out 14 in his Major League debut
Oct. 3, 2012: Teddy wins his first Presidents Race
Oct. 11, 2012: Jayson Werth keeps the Nats' season alive with a walk-off home run in Game 4 of the NLDS
Oct. 15, 2019: Nationals advance to the 2019 World Series
Oct. 30, 2019: Howie Kendrick clangs homer off foul pole in Game 7 of World Series
Three of the 20 images will be selected for the Mystery Moments Bobblehead giveaway on May 24 against the Giants.
