Where do Orioles Authentics sale proceeds go?
100% of the Orioles' net proceeds go to the non-profit Orioles Charitable Foundation and help fund various Orioles community programs. Year-round, the Orioles focus their philanthropic efforts on two distinct pillars: Strengthening Our Community and Empowering Our Youth. For more information, please visit orioles.com/community.

Can I request memorabilia as a donation for a charitable event?

Yes. Donations are in the form of autographed memorabilia. Non-profit organizations must submit their request for a donation six weeks prior to the scheduled event at orioles.com/donations.

Can I request a specific game-used item?
Yes. You can always reach Orioles Authentics by email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Can my item be shipped?
Yes. For any item purchased directly or at a game, we can always ship your purchase via UPS. Customer always pays a shipping fee determined by ship to address.

Can I get my personal memorabilia authenticated at Orioles Authentics?
Unfortunately, no. The MLB authentication system only authenticates items that are directly witnessed by our designated MLB Authenticator(s) during which the item is autographed or used.
