Group Tickets Frequently Asked Questions
INCLEMENT WEATHER
The Orioles make every effort to play each game on its scheduled date. Should weather cause the postponement of the game, an announcement will be posted on Orioles.com and be communicated by local media. A game-specific exchange policy will be announced at that time or shortly thereafter.

PARKING
Parking is subject to availability. Bus parking may be purchased in advance of your group outing. Limited Bus parking may be available on the day of game, subject to availability, but we highly encourage purchasing in advance. For more information, please visit orioles.com/parking.
PAYMENT
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your reservation for private suite rentals and select group tickets. Full payment is required at least 45 days prior to the game. Tickets will be issued once final payment has been received.
RETURN POLICY
You may return up to 10% of your original order. All returns must be made at least 15 days prior to your game date. Refunds will be issued onto the purchasing credit card or by check.
PLAYER APPEARANCES

SCOREBOARD WELCOMES
Book a suite or 25+ tickets and receive a complimentary group welcome during or directly after the 3rd inning of your game. All group names must be approved and received at least two business days prior to the game.
TICKETING
All children aged 2 and under do not require a game ticket to enter the ballpark but would not be guaranteed their own seat. All fans aged 3 and over do require a game ticket. Digital Ticketing Information ?
