How can I earn points?

Birdland Rewards offers challenges for you to earn points throughout the season. Challenges will be set up on the home page of your account to reward you for attending games and more.

*Tickets must be purchased on membership account.

^One bonus awarded for a monetary upgrade of your membership from 2024 to 2025.

What rewards are available for me?

Many exclusive members-only rewards are available including exclusive items, tickets, events, and ballpark experiences. Browse the ¡®Marketplace¡¯ tab of your account for a full list. Also, make sure you check the ¡®Marketplace¡¯ tab regularly as promotional items will become available once they are given out at the gates.

I redeemed my points for a reward. What is next?

You will receive a confirmation email with more information. If you redeemed for an event or experience more information will be communicated by email closer to the event date. If you redeemed for a marketplace item, your confirmation email will give you details on how to arrange pickup of your item at your next 2025 home game.

Please make sure you read the full description of the reward before redeeming it as some rewards have restrictions or may not be available for immediate pickup.

How and when can I pick up my redeemed rewards items?

Pickup will be located inside the Birdland Rewards Center on gamedays after gates open. You must enter the ballpark with a valid ticket to access our Rewards Center. Our Rewards center is open until 2 hours after scheduled first pitch. Our Rewards Center is on Eutaw Street near Gate H. When you arrive, our team will have your item(s) ready for you.

All items must be picked up within 30 days of redemption.

What happens if I don¡¯t pick up my redeemed items within 30 days?

If you cannot pick up your items in this manner, please reach out to our Member Services team at members@orioles.com to arrange an alternate pickup option. All redemptions expire at the end of the regular season.

How can I tell if I have earned more points?

You can go to the ¡°Activity¡± tab in your account profile to see all your transactions including earning points and cashing them in for a reward.

When do I earn points for the ¡°Attend 5 Games¡± Challenge?

Our ¡®Attend 5 Games¡¯ challenge allows members to earn additional points for every 5 games attended during the 2025 regular season. 200 points will be added to your account within 24 hours of completing the challenge. Tickets must be purchased on membership account.

Can I buy points?

Points cannot be purchased. Members are encouraged to view the ¡®earn points¡¯ area to learn about ways to earn more points.

Will more rewards be added throughout the season?

Most rewards will be available at launch in March 2025. In addition, 2025 Promotional Giveaway items will be added to the ¡®Marketplace¡¯ tab of your account at 9:00 a.m. the day of the game they are given out at the gate and will be available while supplies last or for 30 days.

Sweepstakes will be added regularly throughout the season for access to exclusive events and experiences. You can check for these opportunities through the ¡°Sweepstakes¡± tabs in your Birdland Rewards accounts.

We encourage you to use your points early as most rewards are subject to availability and unused points will expire at the end of the regular season on Thursday, September 25^th, 2025.

How do I nominate a Partner?

A partner is defined as anyone with whom you share seats on your 2025 Reserved Birdland Membership. By inviting someone as a partner on your account, you can share your Birdland Rewards points and allow them to access your account including discount on concessions and merchandise through O¡¯s Pay. Partners can be nominated for all Diamond, Black, Orange, and Gold Glove Birdland Members. Veteran, Pro, and Rookie Birdland Members are not eligible for partners.

To nominate a partner, select ¡°Account¡± and then the ¡°Partners¡± icon. Input the name and email address of the person you would like to add as a partner, and they will be sent an email walking them through how to accept your partner invitation.

If I enter a sweepstakes, are my points deducted?

If you enter a sweepstakes, your entry amount will be deducted from your points balance. If you win the sweepstakes, you will be contacted by an Orioles Representative. If you do not win the sweepstakes, your points will not be returned to your account.

Some sweepstakes will be offered for ¡®0¡¯ points and are complimentary for all members to enter. Please check the ¡®Sweepstakes¡¯ tab on gamedays to enter for a chance to win exclusive items, experiences, and events.

What if I do not use my points? Can they roll over to next season?

Points must be used by the end of the season and will expire on September 25^th, 2025. Your points are non-transferable and may not be offered for sale.
