The Padres return home from their 12th road trip of the 2024 season to start their 13th homestand as the club continues to celebrate Petco Park¡¯s 20th Anniversary. The seven-day, six-game stretch begins Monday when the Detroit Tigers come to town. With large crowds anticipated, fans are encouraged to arrive early and consider utilizing the Trolley, COASTER or ride share to America¡¯s #1 Ballpark. With just two homestands remaining in the regular season, the Padres are calling on all fans to come cheer on the Padres at Petco Park as the team makes a push for the postseason.
Monday, the Padres will begin the homestand hosting Harry Potter Day with a custom house-themed Padres scarf and a ticket to the Tigers vs. Padres game available exclusively with the purchase of a Harry Potter Day Theme Game package at www.padres.com/themegames. A trading area will be located in Gallagher Square for fans looking to trade scarfs (no formal exchange policy).
In partnership with MLB, the Padres will raise awareness for childhood cancer on Monday in recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. The partnership with MLB Together platform (www.MLBTogether.com) will combine ceremonial and community-based demonstrations of support for the cause, including a Childhood Cancer Awareness check presentation during pregame ceremonies on Monday. As an extension of MLB¡¯s relationship with Starlight Children¡¯s Foundation, the Padres will be receiving either a Nintendo Switch Handheld or a Virtual Reality headset, which will be donated to a local children¡¯s hospital, hospital pediatric cancer care unit, or a pediatric cancer nonprofit organization. The Padres will enjoy a day off on Tuesday before continuing their series with the Tigers on Wednesday.
Wednesday, September 4 VS. Detroit Tigers @ 6:40 p.m.
Wednesday is highlighted by the City Connect Hoodie, presented by Southwest Airlines. The white, pink and mint tricolor lightweight hoodie will be available to the first 40,000 fans in attendance in sizes Youth Large, Adult Medium, Large, XL and 2XL on a first-come, first-served basis (no exchanges).
Season Ticket Members are encouraged to arrive early on Wednesday to watch the Padres take batting practice prior to the game. Members can enter through East Village Gate as early as 3:00 p.m., with select Members receiving a credential to sit in designated seating closer to the field. Custom Rawlings baseballs with golden stitches will be mixed in during Padres batting practice, and the lucky fans who catch or retrieve the golden balls will be able to redeem them for a replica Padres jersey of their choice at the Padres Team Store.

In community partnership with PIFA and the San Diego Pacific Islander community, the Padres will host a Pacific Islander Heritage Celebration at Petco Park on Thursday (SOLD OUT).
Friday, September 6 VS. San Francisco Giants @ 6:40 p.m.
On Friday, the Padres will begin their series with the Giants (presented by Nexen Tire) celebrating Native American heritage with a limited-edition Padres-themed hat and a ticket to the Giants vs. Padres game, available exclusively with the purchase of a Native American Heritage Celebration Theme Game package presented by the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation at www.padres.com/themegames.
City Connect Friday returns as the Padres will wear their Nike San Diego City Connect jersey on the field Friday featuring iconic California imagery with the vibrant colors of the Baja peninsula, honoring a blend of cultures that makes the city so special. The jersey evokes a pink and yellow sunset dropping behind the Pacific Ocean on a clear summer day. Party in the Park: BeerFest presented by Southwest Airlines returns Friday, featuring live music and $5 beer specials in Gallagher Square from 4:00-6:30 p.m. Fans may enter in Gallagher Square at 4:00 p.m., with all other Member and Public Gates opening at 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 7 VS. San Francisco Giants @ 5:40 p.m.
Healthcare Appreciation Weekend presented by UC San Diego Health begins Saturday. A limited-edition tote bag is available exclusively with the purchase of a dedicated Theme Game package at www.padres.com/themegames.
Saturday is also highlighted by Soccer Night. Fans can celebrate with a dedicated Soccer Night Theme Game package including a City Connect soccer jersey featuring Jurickson Profar and a ticket to the Giants vs. Padres game. Jerseys will be available in sizes Medium and XL on a first come basis.
The Padres House Band presented by Nova Kombucha returns Saturday and will perform on the Sycuan Stage at the brand-new Gallager Square prior to the game, featuring a mix of rock, oldies, pop and country music. Additionally, fans can enjoy discounted Nova Kombucha for $10.
Sunday, September 8 VS. San Francisco Giants @ 1:10 p.m.
Upon conclusion of Sunday¡¯s game, a Kids Giveaway: Padres Bear Mug presented by Oris will be distributed to the first 8,000 kids ages 14 and younger to exit the gates.
On Sunday, the Padres will also celebrate Hello Kitty¡¯s 50th anniversary with a dedicated Theme Game package (SOLD OUT).

To recognize and honor our Armed Forces, the Padres have partnered with USAA to bring a Military Appreciation Zone to Petco Park before every Sunday home game. Active-duty service members, veterans and their families, and USAA Members are invited to the USAA Military Appreciation Zone at the top of the Home Plate Gate stairs near section 100 pre-game from 11:00am-1:00pm every Sunday to enjoy food and drink specials starting at $5.
