Was a non-roster invitee to Spring Training with the Yankees...Hit .247 (129-for-523)/.331 OBP with 24 doubles, two triples, 25 homers and 89 RBI over 137 games with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre...Among International League leaders, ranked fifth in RBI, tied for sixth in total bases and tied for ninth in homers...Ranked among team leaders in games (first), hits (first), doubles (first), RBI (first), total bases (first, 232), homers (second) and runs (second, 82) and extra-base hits (second, 51)…Played his second season in the Venezuelan Winter League with Zulia...hit .336 (43-for-128) with 13 doubles, five homers and 26 RBI in 35 games...Signed by the D-backs to a Minor League contract in November.

Combined to hit .296/.370/.592 (77-for-260) with 40 R, 17 doubles, 20 HR, 55 RBI, 25 BB and four SB in 71 games with Double-A Somerset, the FCL Yankees and Single-A Tampa…his 20 HR were tied for the third-most among Yankees Minor Leaguers…led Somerset with 19 HR…in five postseason games for the Patriots, hit .300 (6-for-20) with five runs, one double, one HR, three RBI and three BB…following the season, was selected as an Eastern League Postseason All-Star and was named an Organization All-Star by MiLB.com.
