Scoreboard Messages

Create a lasting memory at your next Tampa Bay Rays game by purchasing a scoreboard message! All proceeds are a donation to the Rays Baseball Foundation.

Due to limited availability of scoreboard messages per game all online orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Messages are scheduled to run on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your credit card will be charged upon approval of the message. Scoreboard messages will appear for approximately 6 seconds each on the board in which you purchased.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

All scoreboard message orders must be submitted by 11:59 pm the day before the game. Late messages will not be accepted.
Under no circumstance can orders be taken over the phone so please be conscious of order deadlines and availability.
If a game does not appear on the form, then it is sold out.
Messages that are obscene, offensive, or include foul language will not be accepted.
Messages cannot contain photos or emojis, other MLB team names or player names.
Messages cannot be used for commercial purposes. Social media handles, phone numbers, email addresses, and web URLs of any kind will not be accepted.
In the event that a game is postponed, canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather and it impacts your scoreboard message, please email scoreboard@raysbaseball.com.

Main Board

Messages for this display are a donation of $150 to the Rays Baseball Foundation.
Messages can be up to 75 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation.
This board is located in left center field. Outfield seating or standing room may have limited visibility.
A digital photo of your message may be purchased through the website upon ordering your scoreboard message. Please allow one week after the homestand in which your message was displayed for the request to be fulfilled.
If you order a digital photo of your message, you will receive this via email.

Fascia Boards

Messages for this display are a donation of $100 to the Rays Baseball Foundation.
Messages can be up to 75 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation.
These boards are located on the First and Third base sides. Please note your message will be displayed on both boards at the same time.
We are unable to provide a digital copy of messages on the Fascia Boards.

Marriage Proposals on Main Board

Proposals appear on the Main Video Board and are a donation of $500 to the Rays Baseball Foundation.
A marriage proposal package includes a live camera shot, a dozen roses delivered to your seat, and a digital video of the moment to share with friends and family (please allow two weeks for video processing).
Only one marriage proposal will be allowed per game and must be purchased two weeks in advance.
Marriage proposals are scheduled in-game based on game activations. All proposal timings in-game are subject to change.
Once ordered, your proposal is not approved until a Rays representative confirms it with you.

AT THE GAME

Before the messages are displayed, the Main Video Board will read ��Fangrams.��
Messages will appear for approximately 6 seconds each in the MIDDLE of the 3rd inning on the video board that you purchased the message. These do not run while the game is in play.
Unless a game is postponed, canceled, or rescheduled there are no refunds for scoreboard messages. Please make sure that parties needing to see the message are in the viewing area of the board.
