Future Game Exchanges

These 10 games can be exchanged for any of the other 71 regular season games:

• Friday, March 28 vs. Colorado Rockies

• Saturday, April 12 vs. Atlanta Braves

• Sunday, April 13 vs. Atlanta Braves

• Thursday, April 17 vs. New York Yankees

• Friday, April 18 vs. New York Yankees

• Saturday, April 19 vs. New York Yankees

• Sunday, April 20 vs. New York Yankees

• Friday, August 1 vs. Los Angeles Dodgers

• Saturday, August 2 vs. Los Angeles Dodgers

• Sunday, August 3 vs. Los Angeles Dodgers

Due to high demand, the games mentioned above are NOT available via a future game exchange.

ALL other games may be exchanged to receive ANY of the other 71 regular season games at NO additional cost within the ticket exchange limits mentioned below.

Submit your future game exchange request at least three (3) business days in advance of the game being turned in and the game requested. Email seasonmemberservices@raysbaseball.com with the following information:

• Your name and Rays account number.

• The game date and the seat numbers you wish to turn in for exchange (also include parking passes if applicable).

• The game date and number of tickets you wish to receive.

• Any special seating request (you will receive seats closest to your original seats, based on availability).

Please note: Due to limited capacity at George M. Steinbrenner Field (GMS Field), exchange requests will be fulfilled based on availability.

• Full Season Members may exchange up to 10 future games without a fee. For every exchange over the 10-game limit there will be a $10 fee per game charged to the account.

• Partial Plan A and Partial Plan B Season Members may exchange up to 3 future games without a fee. For every exchange over the 3-game limit there will be a $10 fee per game charged to the account.

• Fan¡¯s Choice Plan game exchanges are prohibited.

• Due to limited capacity at GMS Field, we are unable to redeem tickets that go unused.

• It is strongly suggested that if you cannot use tickets that you forward to friends or family, donate to Tickets For Kids through your Rays Ticket Account, or exchange to a future game.

• Your new tickets will be loaded to your MLB Ballpark App and your online Rays Ticket Account, unless otherwise specified.

• The original Season Member seating location may be exchanged only once. Seating locations that have been exchanged may not be turned in again.

• Exchanged tickets may not be combined with any group sales orders or special events.

• Single game tickets, group tickets and other types of tickets may not be exchanged.

• Future game exchanges are ticket-for-ticket and may not be combined to exchange for tickets in a higher priced category or multiple tickets in a lower priced category.
