What are the differences between Gate Giveaways, Theme Nights, and Cultural & Identity Celebrations?
- Red Sox Gate Giveaways: Items are distributed at all gates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Red Sox Theme Nights: Includes a game ticket, promotional item, and themed pregame entertainment.
- Red Sox Cultural & Identity Celebrations: Features culturally themed pregame entertainment, food for purchase, and promotional items.
Promotional Items
When and where can I pick up my promotional item?
Pickup locations of giveaway items included in Theme Nights and Cultural & Identity Celebrations can vary depending on the event. Patrons who purchase specific tickets for these events will get an email with time and location details closer to the game date.
Can I have my promotional item mailed to me if I cannot attend the event?
Theme Nights and Cultural & Identity giveaway items can only be picked up at the assigned location the day of the event, unless stated otherwise on the promotion website.
Can I pay for a special promotional item separately?
Special promotional items are not sold separately. The item is included in the game ticket with the special promotion added.
I am unable to pick up my giveaway item. What can I do?
Giveaway items are not guaranteed if they are not picked up at the designated pick-up location during the game of the Theme Night or Cultural & Identity Celebration.
Tickets
Do I get notified on when/where to pick up my tickets?
Patrons who purchase tickets for any Theme Nights or Cultural & Identity Celebrations will receive an email confirmation upon purchase. All tickets are accessible in the MLB Ballpark app.
Can I purchase Theme Nights and Cultural & Identity accessible tickets online?
Accessible seating can be purchased online or by calling (877) RED-SOX9 for assistance.
Can I add a Theme Night or Cultural & Identity Celebration to tickets I have already purchased?
Contact the Red Sox Ticket Office at (877) RED-SOX9 or ticketoffice@redsox.com. Note that the promotion can only be added to select single game tickets that were purchased directly from the Red Sox. Tickets purchased via a third party are not eligible.
Can I add a special promotion to my tickets if I purchased through a third-party site?
Tickets purchased through a third-party are not eligible to receive a Theme Night or Cultural & Identity Celebration giveaway item.
Are special Theme Night tickets sold at the box office?
Theme Nights and Cultural & Identity Celebration tickets are not sold in person at the Red Sox Ticket Office. Tickets must be purchased through the event website or over the phone by calling (877) RED-SOX9.
Is a Theme Night/Cultural & Identity Celebration ticket more expensive than a regular game ticket?
Ticket prices for Theme Nights and Cultural & Identity Celebrations can vary relative to general single-game tickets.
Does the Theme Night/Cultural & Identity Celebration ticket include access to the game?
Theme Night and Cultural & Identity Celebration tickets are game tickets with special promotional items included.
Season Ticket Holders
Do Season Ticket Holders receive Theme Night/Cultural & Identity Celebration items as part of their season ticket package?
Theme Night/Cultural & Identity Celebration items are not included in season ticket plans. A limited number may be available through the Red Sox Rewards portal for redemption. Contact your Account Executive or email seasontickets@redsox.com for more details.
Theme Nights and Cultural & Identity Celebrations
Will there be special food & beverage options included as part of the Theme Night or Cultural & Identity Celebration?
Culturally themed food will be available for purchase at specific locations in the ballpark. It is not included in the ticket.
Do I have to pay extra to see the pregame entertainment?
Entertainment associated with Theme Nights or Cultural & Identity Celebrations is available to all fans, subject to weather conditions and scheduled times.
