Ticket Management 101

On Wednesday, March 19, the Season Ticket Services Team will be hosting a Ticket Management 101 webinar to cover best practices on using your season tickets.

A dedicated email will be sent on Tuesday, March 18, and it will include a link to register. Once registered, you will receive a Zoom link to join the webinar.

Red Sox Rewards will launch on our away Opening Day, Thursday, March 27. If you are having any issues logging in after it's live, please contact your Account Executive or rewards@redsox.com.

Another exclusive benefit for Season Ticket Holders is the Ticket Exchange Program. The purpose of this benefit is if you can't attend a game in your plan, you can exchange out of it to a game you can attend. Games you exchange into will be at the single game ticket price, same as if you purchased any other tickets outside of your ticket plan.

• A, B, and 40 Game Plan Holders ticket exchange eligibility increased from 20% to 25%
• 20 Game Plan Holders ticket exchange eligibility increased from 15% to 20%
