What ages are recommended for a Jr. Nationals membership?
Rookie and MVP memberships are open to ages 4-12 years old.
Does my membership automatically renew every season?
No. You will need to renew your membership(s) every season.
Where can I pick up my membership kit?
Your membership kit can be picked up at the Hospitality Hub at any Nationals Saturday or Sunday home game, starting on April 27. If you are not able to pick up your membership kit at a Saturday or Sunday home game, please email Jr.Nats@nationals.com to schedule an alternate pick-up date and location.
Where is the Hospitality Hub located?
The Hospitality Hub is located in Nationals Park, on the Main Concourse by Right Field Gate.
When is the Hospitality Hub open?
The Hospitality Hub opens when gates open, 80 minutes prior to scheduled first pitch, and closes at the end of the third inning.
How can I redeem my rewards?
Your rewards can be redeemed via the virtual marketplace in the Jr. Nationals Portal. Once an item has been redeemed you will receive an email with additional instructions to redeem online, or you can bring your MVP Card to the Hospitality Hub to pick up your reward items.
When are welcome/birthday messages displayed on NatsHD during the game?
Welcome/Happy Birthday messages are displayed in the middle of the fifth inning.
What if my child loses their membership card or any other Jr. Nationals membership item?
Unfortunately, any lost or stolen items cannot be replaced. If you happen to lose your MVP Card, you can purchase a new one for $5.00.

To be eligible for any giveaway or experience associated with the Jr. Nationals Kids Club, a membership must be purchased online from the link on this webpage.
