How does the Birdland Student Pass work?
Registered students (18+) will receive a text prior to select games offering greatly reduced student prices! Expect several offers throughout the season. Please note that students can buy up to 2 tickets through the Birdland Student Pass Offer.
Here¡¯s what to expect after you sign up:
- Step 1. We¡¯ll text or email you!
- Once the offer becomes available, you will receive a text or email from the Orioles.
- Step 2. Follow the link to buy.
- Click on the link in the text message to purchase your tickets. Your exact seat location will be displayed on your digital tickets in the MLB Ballpark app after purchase.
- Step 3. Receive your tickets and enjoy the game!
- Your purchased tickets will be available within the MLB Ballpark app, which you can use to enter the park.
Is there a cost associated with signing up for Birdland Student Pass?
There is no cost to sign up for this program. The only cost associated is when you purchase tickets for select games.
Is there an age requirement to join the Birdland Student Pass Program?
The Program is open only to active students who are 18 years of age or older at a recognized high school, college, or university.
Will I need to have an MLB account to purchase tickets?
Yes, you will need to create an MLB account using your email address to be able to purchase and receive tickets. Purchasers must have an app-compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app to receive any purchased tickets.
Is the Birdland Student Pass available at the Orioles Box Office?
No, the Birdland Student Pass offers will not be available at the Box Office. You must sign up to receive exclusive student offers.
How am I notified about games that are on sale?
After signing up for the Birdland Student Pass, you will be notified via text or email with a link to purchase tickets when tickets are made available. Program tickets are subject to availability, with such availability to be determined at the sole discretion of the Orioles.
How do I locate my tickets after purchasing them?
All student ticket-purchasers will receive a confirmation text with a link to the MLB Ballpark app where tickets with the barcode can be found for scanning at the entrance to Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
How can I tell where my seats are located?
Seats are assigned randomly based on what is available in the section identified.
Am I able to transfer or sell my tickets?
Tickets are unable to be sold. You may transfer your tickets to other guests.
Am I able to receive a refund if I cannot attend the game?
All tickets are non-refundable.
Birdland Student Pass (Text Message/Email Program) Official Terms and Conditions
Birdland Student Pass (the ¡°Program¡±) is open only to Students who are 18 years of age or older. All tickets purchased through the Program are subject to the standard terms and conditions governing Baltimore Orioles tickets, available at orioles.com/ticketback. MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app in order to receive any purchased tickets. The Baltimore Orioles have the absolute discretion to determine the games (if any) for which Program tickets will be available. Program tickets are subject to availability, with such availability to be determined at the sole discretion of the Club. Tickets must not be resold nor used for any promotional purposes whatsoever.
- BIRDLAND STUDENT PASS (the "Program") will allow eligible students to purchase select Baltimore Orioles home game tickets and may receive access to exclusive student offers for events at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
- All tickets purchased through the Program are subject to the standard terms and conditions governing Baltimore Orioles tickets, available at orioles.com/ticketback.
- MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change.
- All eligible purchasers of Program tickets must be active students aged eighteen (18) or older at a recognized high school, college, or university and who have a valid email address at time of registration and purchasing of Program tickets (an "Active Student"). Active Student status is subject to verification. Purchasers who are unable to verify Active Student status may have their purchases voided and/or refunded.
- Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app in order to receive any purchased tickets. Tickets will be viewable 90 minutes prior to each game purchased.
- The Program is open only to eligible Active Students. Students under the age of eighteen (18), or are not from a recognized high school, college or university are ineligible to register and purchase Program tickets.
- Baltimore Orioles Limited Partnership (the "Club" or "Baltimore Orioles") has the absolute discretion to determine the games (if any) for which Program tickets will be available.
- Program tickets are subject to availability, with such availability to be determined at the sole discretion of the Club.
- Tickets must not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever.
- As part of being registered for this Program, Active Students/registrants may receive automatic entry into future promotions that relate to this Program. Registrants will have the ability to opt out.
