What are the differences between Orioles Promotional Gate Giveaways and Theme Nights?

Orioles Gate Giveaways: Orioles gate giveaways do not require a special purchase. Orioles promotions are ballpark-wide. The giveaway schedule can be found at orioles.com/promotions. Orioles giveaways will be distributed at the point of entry beginning when gates open until supplies last. One promotional item per ticketed fan and ticket holder must be present to receive the item. For all gate giveaways, the item will be distributed at the point of entry beginning when gates open until supplies last. All guests must meet the age qualifications for age-sensitive items to be eligible to receive an item (e.g., 21 & older, or kids 14 & under). To receive an age-sensitive item, the guest must be in attendance and will only be eligible to receive one giveaway item.

Orioles Theme Nights: Orioles Theme Nights offers fans with similar interests an opportunity to enjoy an Orioles game and bring home a limited-edition item. Theme Night items and experiences are only available with the purchase of a Theme Night ticket package, through the special ticket links located at orioles.com/themenights. In order to access Theme Night ticket items or exclusive game-day activities when applicable, fans MUST purchase a Theme Night Ticket. Item sizing when applicable is subject to availability when purchasing a Theme Night package. In addition to exclusive elements for Theme Night ticket purchasers, a Theme Night may also include some ballpark-wide entertainment, which can be enjoyed by all fans. Theme Night ticket packages are subject to availability.

Can anyone purchase a Theme Night ticket? If so, how?

Do all Theme Nights have an exclusive item? If not, what other elements are included with the event?

Each Theme Night is unique. Not all Theme Nights include an item. Some Theme Nights only consist of a special ticket discount and/or fundraising opportunity, and some may only include ballpark-wide entertainment.

Where and when can I pick up my Theme Night promotional item?

Theme Night item pick up is located inside Oriole Park at Camden Yards near Gate G by sections 84-86. Patrons who purchase specific Theme Night packages will receive an email with time and location details closer to the game date. Theme Night pickup location is subject to change. Please refer to your email prior to game day. Unless otherwise noted, redemption is from the time gates open until 1 hour after first pitch.

How do I pick up my Theme Night promotional item?

Once you arrive at the Theme Night item pick up location, please present your digital Theme Night game ticket and have it scanned. A member of the Orioles staff will provide your item. Please note, one (1) scanned ticket = one (1) promotional Theme Night item. Digital tickets located in your MLB Ballpark App are required to pick up the special promotional item.

Can I have my Theme Night item mailed to me if I cannot attend the event?

Theme Nights items can only be picked up at the assigned location on the day of the event, unless stated otherwise. You are unable to have someone pick up on your behalf as a Digital Theme Night Ticket is required.

Can I pay for a Theme Night item separately?

Theme Night items are not sold separately. The item is included in the game ticket with the special promotion added.

I am unable to pick up my Theme Night item. What can I do?

Theme Night items are not guaranteed if they are not picked up at the designated pick-up location during the game of the Theme Night.

Can I purchase Theme Nights accessible tickets online?

Can I add a Theme Night to my tickets if I purchased through a third-party site?

Tickets purchased through a third-party are not eligible to receive a Theme Night package and/or item.

Do Theme Night ticket packages include access to the game?

Theme Night tickets are game tickets with a special promotional item included.
