D-backs Pride
As local and national conversations continue to evolve, it is critical that the Arizona Diamondbacks can speak directly -- the D-backs is an inclusive organization open to all. Our LGBTQ+ communities need support.
We welcome all people regardless of ability, age, background, ethnicity/race, faith/religion, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation. We believe that, in a diverse world, we are stronger when we are inclusive, when our doors are open to all and when everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
The D-backs understand that this may be challenging and unfamiliar for some. Because the D-backs organization is a place where communities come together, we believe we have an opportunity to facilitate dialogue to advance inclusion of people representing all dimensions of diversity including gender identity. In keeping with our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, we believe it is important to consider diverse perspectives, talk through concerns and beliefs, and build empathy for one another.
