?Phanta Claus delivers hundreds of toys to Ford PAL Center Holiday Party
Last night, Phanta Claus and special guests headed over to the Ford Police Athletic League (PAL) CenterĄ¯s annual holiday party in South Philadelphia to deliver hundreds of toys to PAL children and their families.
Phillies ambassadors Mickey Morandini, Dickie Noles, Milt Thompson and Scott Palmer, along with the Phillies Ballgirls, helped distribute gifts to the kids.
Many of the toys that were delivered were donated by fans during the PhilliesĄ¯ Christmas in July Toy Drive held earlier this season at Citizens Bank Park.
This event also marks the 19th year that the Phillies adopted the Ford PAL Center to support the programsĄ¯ efforts in helping local children in need. Phillies Charities, Inc. awarded a $40,000 grant to officially adopt the center.
The event was a continuation of the Phillies Season of Giving presented by SEI.
