Here are our store hours for the offseason.
New Era Phillies Team Store
Come visit Citizens Bank Park and find the best selection of Phillies hats, apparel, souvenirs and more - many of which are exclusive and only available at our expansive team store at the ballpark! While you are there, check out the largest New Era hat wall in sports. We also provide custom jersey lettering in house as well as Phillies Authentics game-used collectibles and authenticated memorabilia. Shipping and curbside pickup are also available.

Parking: Lot S (enter off Pattison Avenue). Please note, cars parked along the street surrounding Citizens Bank Park will be ticketed.

Return and Exchange Policy: Returns or exchanges with original receipt must be made in 45 days to receive full value. After 45 days, product may be exchanged with original receipt at current selling price (some exclusions may apply). Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All gift with purchases must be returned with original purchase for a complete refund.

Located on the Main Concourse (behind Section 133). Featuring game-used collectibles and autographed memorabilia authenticated through Major League Baseball's Authentication Program along with a selection of Phillies publications, baseball cards and various other baseball publications. '47 Alley Store
Located in Ashburn Alley. Official Phillies merchandise location featuring apparel and headwear from official retailer '47. The store also features Phanatic plush dolls, on-field and player name & number apparel and more.

Official Phillies merchandise is also available behind Sections 121, 207 and 326 along with the First Base Gate Plaza, Hall of Fame level behind section 226 and the Diamond Club.
Memorabilia Store from Hunt Auctions
Located on the Main Concourse. Featuring premium quality baseball memorabilia such as autographed baseballs, baseball cards and signed jerseys, with a concentration on Phillies merchandise. Also features unique vintage offerings such as pennants, ticket stubs, pins and yearbooks.
Scorecard Kiosk
Located on the Main Concourse (behind section 126). Featuring Phillies publications, baseball cards, various other baseball publications plus a limited selection of game-used memorabilia.
