A: No, the September Ballpark Pass is a Standing Room Only ticket and your ticket for the game. Seat upgrade opportunities may be available (based on inventory/availability) on game day.

Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?

A: No, passes are non-transferable and cannot be forwarded. Phillies September Ballpark Passes are solely for personal use, and the Phillies reserve the right to revoke tickets if they are resold on the secondary market.

A: Passes cannot be shared/forwarded to other parties. Tickets are not eligible to be resold on the secondary market. Admission to Citizens Bank Park will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.

Q: How do I get into Citizens Bank Park with my Phillies September Ballpark Pass?

A: Your ticket for all games can be found in the MLB Ballpark app. Download the free MLB Ballpark app and select the "Tickets" section of the app. Log in with the e-mail address you used to purchase the Phillies September Ballpark Pass. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Citizens Bank Park. Barcodes will be available 3 hours prior to scheduled game time.

Q: How does my guest(s) scan in?

A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB Ballpark app. Barcodes will be available three hours prior to first pitch. If you have a group of four, for example, all four barcodes will be scanned from one device. You and your guest(s) will need to arrive at the same entrance at Citizens Bank Park together.

Q: What happens if one of the games gets postponed or cancelled?

A: For the Phillies September Ballpark Pass, there are no refunds or exchanges for any postponed or cancelled games.

Q: Does the Phillies September Ballpark Pass include postseason access?

A: No, the Ballpark Pass is not considered a season plan and does not guarantee any postseason access.

A limited number of seats in select sections may be available (based on inventory) for upgrades on game day. Upgrades available can be purchased 30 minutes before first pitch until 60 minutes after first pitch. Seat upgrades can be found in the "Phillies" tab.

Please note, upgraded tickets do not have a barcode and are NOT valid for entry into Citizens Bank Park. You must have a separate ticket for entry in order to use an upgraded ticket.

Once your seat upgrade transaction is complete, seat upgrades will be shown in the "Tickets" tab of the MLB Ballpark app. The opportunity for paid seat upgrades is based on seating availability.
