My Phillies Tickets

• Access your My Phillies Tickets account via phillies.com/mytickets.
• My Phillies Tickets allows most Phillies ticket holders the ability to manage their ticket account online. My Phillies Tickets provides a secure, password protected online ticket management system that offers the ability to electronically forward tickets to friends and family.

Parking & Transportation

Bus Parking

• All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park will be cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
• Parking for a bus or any oversized vehicle that takes up more than one space is $50. To order, please call 215-463-1000. Please note that parking is on a first come, first serve basis and there are no assigned spots within the lots.
• Bus parking is available in the following lots:
  • Lots M & N (recommended) - Located South of Pattison Avenue. Enter at 7th Street off Pattison Avenue. Please note: Buses interested in Tailgating may do so only in these lots.
  • Limited (non-tailgating) Bus Parking in between Lot V and R.

Tailgating

• Tailgating is permitted in the following lots: A-H, M, N & O. Tailgating is not permitted in lots West of Darien Street and North of Pattison Avenue

Group Scoreboard Name

• Look for your group name when we welcome all groups in attendance! Names are listed twice: Pre-game - on the large PhanaVision screen. In-game - on the upper ring message area at the top of the 5th inning.

Miscellaneous

Gate Openings

Monday-Friday

• Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate will partially open 2 hours prior to first pitch. This area includes Pass & Stow, the New Era Team Store, Coca-Cola Corner, Ashburn Alley, The Yard, and seating in Sections 140-148, Section 101-103, and CP Rankin Club seats.
• The remaining gates and the entire ballpark will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

Saturday and Sunday

• Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate will partially open 2 1/2 hours prior to first pitch. This area includes Pass & Stow, the New Era Team Store, Coca-Cola Corner, Ashburn Alley, The Yard, and seating in Sections 140-148, Section 101-103, and CP Rankin Club seats.
• The remaining gates and the entire ballpark will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
