A
Administrative Offices
The Administrative Office entrance is located at Gate 4, on the corner of 35th and Shields, by appointment only. The offices are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Employees may be reached at 312-674-1000, and documents can be faxed to 312-674-5103.
Advance Ticket Window
Located behind home plate on both the Main (100) and Upper (500) Levels, these booths are available for ticket exchanges, upgraded seats or seats behind the screen (subject to availability), wheelchair accessible seats and the sale of tickets for future events.
Alcoholic Beverage Policies
Alcoholic beverages may not be carried into Rate Field. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 are required to show valid I.D. indicating legal proof of age before purchasing alcohol inside the ballpark. Beer sales are limited to two (2) drinks per transaction in the main seating bowl, and less in some ballpark locations. All beer sales will stop after the last out of the 7th inning. The Chicago White Sox day-of-game staff reserves the right to deny entry into Rate Field to any individual who appears to be impaired. The Chicago White Sox and concessions staff also reserve the right to deny beverage service to any guest without proper I.D. or who appears to be impaired. Service limits and times of service may change at any time at the discretion of the Chicago White Sox.
Animals
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the park, with the exception of trained service animals (unless specified by Park Operations) and pre-registered dogs on Dog Days. All other pets should be sent to Pet Check, located at Gate 3.
Announcer Booths
White Sox Announcers and Broadcasters sit in the Broadcast Booth located behind home plate on the 300 level.
Attire
Obscene or indecent clothing is not allowed on park property. Noncompliance with this rule may result in ejection.
White Sox Charities Auction
Autographed new or game-used memorabilia is available for auction every week online at whitesox.com/auction, and every game on the MLB Ballpark app. Fans have until 80 minutes after 1st pitch to place a bid on the item(s) via the app. Items can be viewed and picked up same day at the Charities Corner at section 154.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
ATMs are located behind home plate and in centerfield on the 100 Level; behind home plate and near section 540 on the Upper Level; outside Gate 4; in the service tunnel outside of the LeinenkugelĄŻs Craft Lodge; and outside of ChiSox Bar & Grill. Please note Rate Field is cashless.
Autographs
Autographs may be sought before the game on either side of the dugouts by guests with access to the 100 Level of the park, up to 25 minutes prior to 1st pitch. Fans may not disrupt the ability of guests holding tickets to the seats nearest the dugouts from accessing/enjoying their seats.

Bag Policy
Clear single compartment tote bags (12Ąą x 12Ąą x 6Ąą or smaller), clutch purses (9" x 5" x 2" or smaller) and diaper bags when an infant is present are permitted to carry into the ballpark. No backpacks or other bags are allowed.
Guests with required medical equipment (breast pumps, Insulin, epi-pens, oxygen and other medical devices) may be allowed to carry those items into the ballpark and will be subject to search.
Bag Storage On-Site Facility
An independent checking facility is located on the northwest corner of 35th & Shields in parking lot C and in parking lot E, where guests may check-in their restricted items. There is a fee for this service. The facility is a novelty trailer, which opens when the gates to the ballpark open and closes 30 minutes following the conclusion of the game.
Banners
Banners may not be displayed during play due to sight line restrictions. Signs may not be placed on the field, be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene in nature or cause a disturbance to other guests. Poles to display banners or flags are not permitted.
Bats
Bats are not permitted to be brought inside the ballpark. Any guest receiving a bat during the game must check the bat at a Guest Relations Booth, located behind home plate on any level of the ballpark, for the duration of the game.
Bike Racks
A limited number of bike racks are located outside Rate Field between Gates 2 and 3 and along 35th Street near Gate 5. There is also a DIVVY station located outside of Gate 6 on 35th Street.
Bottles/Cans
Neither bottles nor cans are allowed to be carried into the ballpark. Guests are permitted to bring in plastic bottles of pure water under one liter in size that are still sealed.

Bus Parking
Lot A, located at 35th and Wentworth, holds all group buses. Prepaid passes, at a reduced price, may be purchased through the group sales department.

Cameras
Guests are permitted to carry cameras into the ballpark though no oversized or hard-sided camera bags/tripods are permitted.
Carry-in Items
Guests are permitted to bring food into the park in a clear food storage bag no larger than 1 gallon, and a factory-sealed plastic bottle of pure water no larger than one liter in size.

Champions Monument Plaza
Champions Plaza and the Champions Moment Monument, located outside Gate 4, celebrates the 2005 World Series Champion White Sox and our fans. The diamond-shaped plaza consists of a limited number of bricks inscribed with personalized fan messages (Bricks are no longer available for purchase), surrounded by engraved pavers commemorating great moments and players in White Sox history. The granite and bronze sculpture that stands at the heart of the plaza depicts and highlights key plays, players and moments of the team's amazing march through October of the Championship 2005 season. The plaza and sculpture were unveiled in April 2008.
Charging Station
Anyone in need of a place to charge their phone can be directed to section 110, the Vizzy View Bar and behind home plate on the 300 and 500 level.
Charities
Anyone wishing to learn more about or contribute to Chicago White Sox Charities (CWSC) may do so by contacting the community relations department at 312-674-1000 or by visiting whitesoxcharities.org and viewing the Community section. CWSC focuses on youth education advancement, sharing the love of the game through youth baseball initiatives, assisting children and families in crisis and championing those battling cancer. Chicago Sports Depot
The Chicago Sports Depot is located at Gate 5 of Rate Field on the north side of 35th Street and consists of nearly 12,000 square feet of sales space. The Chicago Sports Depot offers shoppers the best selection of White Sox merchandise. Free parking is offered in Lot B on non-gamedays.

Guests will require a ticket for entry from the time the gates to the ballpark open until the game's conclusion. Promotional items are not distributed at Depot gate.
Children's Entry to the Ballpark
Children taller than 36 inches are required to have a ticket of their own. Any child who is smaller than 36 inches is permitted into the ballpark without a ticket, but must share a seat with an accompanying adult and is not eligible for any promotional item.
ChiSox Bar & Grill
Located at Gate 5, it's our restaurant operated by Delaware North. This upscale sports-themed restaurant and bar features two stories of indoor seating and an outdoor patio for pre- and post-game gatherings. Any guest may enjoy the smokehouse favorites. The restaurant will remain open 60 minutes after an evening game and 90 minutes following a day game.
CIBC Fan Box
A 30-person suite located on the 100 Level at section 134 available for individual game rental. Guests should contact the sales department at 312-674-1000 for details.
CIBC Fan Deck
Located in centerfield on the Main Level, the deck offers a unique view of the game. It is usually rented for private parties, but is also available to guests on a first-come, first-serve basis on certain game days. Please contact the Chicago White Sox Sales department at 312-674-1000 for rental information.
Concessions

Conference & Learning Center
The Conference & Learning Center is available for groups from 10 to 200 for non-game day meetings. The entrance is located at Gate 3?. Calls regarding reservations, rates and questions can be directed to 312-674-1000.

Diamond Suites
Diamond Suite guests should enter at the Diamond Suite entrance, located at the Gate 4 elevators. Once inside the ballpark, guests should proceed to the Main (100) Level and use the suite elevators, located behind home plate, to access the Diamond Suites. There is no ramp access for entry to the Diamond Suites. Diamond Suites are located on both the 200 and 400 Levels.

Elevators
Guests with disabilities and one companion should be directed to the elevators located at Gate 5. Guests holding tickets for the CIBC Fanbox, Diamond Suites, Terrace Suites, or the Rate Club may use the elevators, located outside Gate 4, to access the Suite Levels (200 & 400), the 100 Level and the Ground Level. Huntington Bank Stadium Club members and guest with disabilities may use the Stadium Club elevators to access the 100 level, Club from the Ground Level, near the Gate 2 entrance, and from the 100 Level near section 110. Elevators should NOT be used in the case of an emergency.

Escalators
Escalators to the Main (100), Club (300) and Upper (500) Levels are available at Gates 3 and 5. NOTE: For safety reasons, Gate 3 escalators will only operate in the "up" mode. They will not be used to exit guests from the ballpark. All guests should be directed to the nearest ramp in order to exit.
Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges are given for White Sox individual game tickets. Season ticket holders are eligible for a special ticket exchange program by contacting your account representative.

Fan Interference
In the interest of player and guest safety, Rate Field maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Anyone venturing on the playing field will be arrested.
Fan Mail
The White Sox cannot take responsibility for any items sent to the White Sox players or staff for autographs. In addition, we ask that our employees not accept fan mail from guests.

Field Facts
The playing field is made up of bluegrass sod with eight different blends of grass. The base of the field is made up of 4 inches each of drainage pipe, pea gravel and sand. The infield consists of dirt that was transported from the original ballpark.
Fights/Disturbances
If you observe a fan or group of fans who are becoming loud or troublesome, please notify security.
Fireworks
As the White Sox take the field in the 1st inning and after a White Sox home run, 20 fireworks are ignited from the scoreboard. We also have a full-length fireworks display following some games.
First Aid Room
First Aid booths are located on the 100 Level behind Homeplate and on the ground level behind Homeplate. Please contact any staff member for first aid assistance.
First Game Certificate
The White Sox offer a complimentary first game certificate for guests to commemorate their first game at Rate Field. They may visit the Rookie Corner on the 100 level in center field near section 101, on the 500 level near section 522, or on the 300 level at the Guest Relations Booth located behind home plate. Digital first game certificates are also available at whitesox.com/kids.
Foul Balls
Guests are welcome to keep any ball that is hit into the stands. Guests should stay alert and watch for foul balls while the game is in play or during batting practices. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back onto the field. Violators will be subject to ejection. Any guest interfering with a ball in play is also subject to ejection from the ballpark.

Gates Open
Gates to the ballpark normally open 90 minutes prior to all games. Any other changes to gate times will be noted in a press release and our social media channels.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase at The Chicago Sports Depot and all retail locations inside of the ballpark. Gift cards can be redeemed at the Rate Field Box Office, the Chicago Sports Depot, and permanent concession stands.
Guest Code of Conduct
Major League Baseball and the Chicago White Sox are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark where:
- Guests do not engage in any unruly behavior, including obscene gestures, derogatory, vulgar, biased or abusive language, including betting related speech and behavior, directed at guests, venue personnel, players, umpires, officials, or anyone else.
- Intervention with an impaired guest will be handled in a prompt, safe manner
- The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests' actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field
- Smoking or the use of any tobacco is not allowed inside the ballpark, including e-cigarettes
- Guests will show their tickets when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat
- No weapons of any kind will be allowed into the park

Guest Interference
Guests are not to interfere with a ball in play. Anyone doing so will be escorted out of the park.
Guest Relations Booths
There are five Guest Relations Booths at the park. They are located directly behind home plate on the Main, Club and Upper Levels and outside Gates 4 and 5. The Guest Relations representatives in the booths have been trained to handle guests' questions, comments and complaints. Other services offered at these booths are:

- Lost children/parents
- Arrangements for guests who are disabled
- Kids I.D. bracelets
- Access to the Mothers' Nursing Room or Sensory Room
- Limited over-the-counter medications and sunscreen

Identification Bracelets
Young children attending White Sox games may obtain a free I.D. bracelet personalized with their seat location which allows staff to return lost children to their seats. I.D. bracelets are available at any Guest Relations Booth. Please report concerns about a lost child to the nearest Guest Relations Booth or any security officer.

Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Bar
This full service food and beverage destination (located in section 110) serves freshly made sandwiches, ballpark fare and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Kids Club presented by Physicians Immediate Care
The White Sox Kids Club presented by Physicians Immediate Care is the official youth fan club of White Sox Baseball and is a completely free program. Each month a child visits the Kids Club during a White Sox home game, they have the opportunity to receive the new monthly giveaway. Visit whitesox.com/kidsclub for more information.
Xfinity Kids Zone
All kids 13 and under are welcome to stop by the Xfinity Kids Zone in left field to check out the attractions and register for the Kids Club. The Xfinity Kids Zone is accessible from the 100, 300 and 500 levels. Children must have closed toed shoes in order to participate in any attraction. Visit whitesox.com/kids for more information.

Leinenkugel's Craft Lodge
Located in the Patio Area, the bar opens when the gates to the ballpark open and remains open one hour after the conclusion of the game. Guests should enter from the stairs in section 106/107. Children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. A guest may not re-enter the Craft Lodge after leaving the ballpark. Smoking is NOT permitted in The Leinenkugel's Craft Lodge.
Lost and Found
Guests inquiring about lost articles should be directed to the Guest Relations Booth located on their Level or, at the end of the game, to the booth on the Main (100) Level. When turning in a lost article, tell the representative when and where it was found in order to help return the article to the proper owner. Any items remaining after 30 days will be donated to charity.
Lost Children/Parents
Any child looking for a lost parent, or a parent looking for a lost child, should immediately be taken to the Guest Relations Booth located directly behind home plate.

Mascots
Southpaw, the official White Sox mascot, appears at various pre-scheduled locations during the game. At each home game, the Fuzzy Green Dude will visit the Xfinity Kids Zone during the 5th inning to take photos and interact with park guests. Those interested can also reserve a special game-day visit by visiting whitesox.com/southpaw for more information.
Media Guide
The Media Guide is prepared by the Chicago White Sox Media Relations Department for the use of the working press, radio and television personnel. It is available to the public at the Chicago Sports Depot ($20).
Medical Equipment
Guests with required medical equipment (breast pumps, Insulin, epi-pens, oxygen and other medical devices) may be allowed to carry those items into the ballpark and will be subject to search.
Miller Lite Landing
Seating area located in right field in section 106 & 107. It offers exclusive VIP season ticket sections, group seating area and a standing room only section, a replica CTA El station bar located on the concourse features Miller Lite beer products.

Noise-makers of any type (e.g., air horns, bells, plastic horns, etc.) are not permitted in the park.

Parking
Parking lots open two hours before the start of every game. Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase parking in advance at whitesox.com/parking. Fans holding prepaid parking passes will be directed to Lots A, B, C, and G. Limited day-of-game parking is available in the credit card only Lots F and L. Visit whitesox.com/parking for additional information.
Fans should expect day-of-game parking purchases to be conducted with official staff upon entry into the lot and NOT prior to entry outside of any parking lot.

Profanity/Derogatory Language
Use of derogatory and/or betting-related language whether such language is directed at players, playersĄŻ family members, Club personnel, umpires, or other guests will not be tolerated. Any guest using profanity, derogatory language or gestures will be asked to leave the ballpark.
Promotional Items
One giveaway item will be distributed per eligible fan entering Rate Field while supplies last. An eligible fan must meet advertised age limits or other requirements.
Public Transportation
Rate Field is easily accessed via public transportation. The ballpark is located just off the Sox-35th station of the CTA Red Line. The area is also serviced by a number of bus routes. Guests may visit the Chicago Transit Authority website at transitchicago.com or contact them via phone at 312.836.7000 for more information.
The Metra stop is located at 35th Street just east of the Dan Ryan Expressway, along the Rock Island Line. For a complete schedule, guests may visit the Getting to Rate Field page.

Rain Checks

Rain Rooms
Located by Gate 1 on the Main Level and at Gate 3 and 5 entrances on the Upper Level, the Rain Rooms will be open to guests on warm days.
Rate Club
The Rate Club is a premium seating area located behind home plate on the Lower (200) Suite Level. Guests holding tickets for this seating area may enter at the Gate 4 Diamond Suite entrance or via any gate and proceed on the Main (100) Level to the Diamond Suite entrance. Guests sitting in the Rate Club have exclusive access to a pre-game buffet and in-seat waitstaff service, both of which are included in the price of their ticket. The Rate Club remains open until approximately one hour following the conclusion of the game.
Re-entry Policy
Once a guest exits the ballpark, they may not return.

Rideshare Service
Fans are encouraged to take a rideshare service to Rate Field. The Rideshare Lot is located in Lot A on the Wentworth Avenue side for pick-up and drop-off. The lot will be open until one hour after the conclusion of home games. Fans arriving by a rideshare service should enter and exit the ballpark through Gate 5.

Scalping
The resale of tickets at any price is prohibited on ballpark property.
Scoreboard Messages
Fans can purchase their own special message to be displayed on the right field video screen at Rate Field during any White Sox home game. Scoreboard Message orders can be purchased online for as low as $70. All requests must be made at least two days prior to the game which the message is to be displayed. A limited number of day-of-game messages are accepted at the Guest Relations booths located on the main and upper concourses behind home plate. All proceeds benefit Chicago White Sox Charities. Wintrust Scout Seats
This all-inclusive area is accessible to guests holding a Wintrust Scout Seat ticket. Guests may enter through the entrance at Gate 3 1/2. This area is also accessible through the Main (100) Level seating area directly behind home plate. No food or drink may leave this area.
Search Procedures
Rate Field employs the use of walk-through metal detectors at each entry gate. All bags will be subject to search or will not be allowed into the ballpark. Please see Bag Policy for approved carry-in sizes.
Security
Please contact any security guard or visit the nearest Guest Relations Booth for assistance. Rate Field security guards are located throughout the ballpark. Guests in need of assistance are encouraged to use their mobile phone to anonymously text 773-754-4357 (HELP). A reply message will be sent to your phone by our Command Center personnel and the appropriate staff member will be dispatched to the appropriate location as needed. Standard text messaging rates may apply.
Sensory Room
Rate Field has a modern LED field light system that features a sequence of flashing lights that may affect guests who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities.
There are two sensory rooms located in the ballpark. A Sensory Room in Suite 460 and a sensory pod in section 530. To access one of the sensory locations, please contact any Guest Service Representative, Security Guard, or go directly to the Guest Relations Booth located behind home on your level.
Plumbers 911.com Shower
The shower from Old Comiskey Park, located on the Main Level near section 161, is available for our guests to cool down on hot days.
Smoking
The use of tobacco products including smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes is prohibited in the ballpark and the ramps. Violators are subject to ejection and fines imposed under Chicago Municipal Code Chapter 7-32 and Illinois Compiled Statutes 410 ilcs 82. Guests failing to comply with this policy will be asked to surrender his or her ticket and to exit the ballpark.
Southpaw
Southpaw, the official White Sox mascot, appears at various pre-scheduled locations during the game. At each home game, the Fuzzy Green Dude will visit the Xfinity Kids Zone during the 5th inning to take photos and interact with park guests. Those interested can also reserve a special game-day visit by visiting whitesox.com/southpaw for more information.
Sox Split presented by Wintrust
This 50/50 raffle, conducted by the Chicago White Sox Charities, provides half the net proceeds to the winning ticket purchased on a daily basis. Fans 18 and over can purchase tickets in the ballpark or online (IL residents only) until the end of the game. The daily winning number is announced online by visiting whitesox.com/soxsplit. The winning number may also be obtained by calling the phone number printed on the raffle ticket or on whitesox.com/soxsplit.
Stadium Club
Located in the right field corner, the Stadium Club has two levels of dining with widespan views of the field. Entrances are located at the rightfield corner of the Club Level or through the main Stadium Club entrance, located at Ground Level adjacent to Gate 2. The Stadium Club can also be accessed from the elevator lobby located on the Main Level at section 110. The Stadium Club can be booked for non-gameday parties & events by calling 312.674.1000.
Stairways
Internal stairways are to be used for exiting White Sox guests on an emergency basis only.
Statues
Statues of Charles Comiskey, Minnie Minoso, Carlton Fisk, Billy Pierce, Harold Baines, Luis Aparicio, Nellie Fox, Frank Thomas and Paul Konerko are located on either side of the Fan Deck in center field on the Main Level.
Strollers
Guests are permitted to bring strollers into Rate Field after they have been searched at the gates. Smaller umbrella-style strollers may be folded to fit underneath the seats. Strollers may not be placed in wheelchair accessible seating locations. If you have a stroller too large to fit at your seat, you may check it at any Guest Relations Booth.
Sunscreen
Aerosol can sunscreen is not permitted inside the ballpark. Sunscreen sticks or lotion is permitted as long as it is small enough to fit in small clutch purses (under 9"x5" in size). Fans can also purchase sunscreen at the Grab NĄŻ Go stands.

Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted in parking lots until the scheduled start of the game. Tailgating is not permitted after the game. (Note: Tents or any other obstructions in the main pathways of the parking lots will not be permitted. Pathways for emergency personnel must be clear at all times). Fans who tailgate must set up in their respective parking space and avoid blocking pathways and traffic. For specific rules, please visit whitesox.com/tailgating.
Telephones
For guests requiring a telephone on the Main (100) or Upper (500) Levels, the Guest Relations Booth can provide a telephone. Courtesy telephones are available for local and toll free calls in the hallways on the Suite (200 and 400) Levels and Club (300) Level.
Terrace Suite
The Terrace Suite is located in the left field corner upper (400) Suite Level. Guests holding tickets to the Terrace Suite (400 Level) can access the room via the Diamond Suite entrance outside Gate 4 or by entering the park at any gate and proceeding to the Diamond Suite entrance located behind home plate on the Main (100) Level. Guests should contact the sales department at 312-674-1000 for details.
Throwing of Items
Throwing beer or other items will not be tolerated. Offenders will be ejected from the park and subject to fines and arrest.
Ticket Window
Located behind home plate on both the Main (100) and Upper (500) Levels, these booths are available for ticket exchanges, upgraded seats or seats behind the screen (subject to availability), wheelchair accessible seats and the sale of tickets for future events.
Tickets
Tickets to all Chicago White Sox games are sent as mobile tickets via email. Fans will need to have created a White Sox ticket account and present his/her smart telephone at the gate to gain entry. Any fan having issues with his/her telephone or does not have a smartphone should be directed to any open ticket window for assistance.
Group/Season Tickets
Information regarding group or season tickets can be obtained by calling the Chicago White Sox Sales Office at 312-674-1000.
Standing Room Only (SRO)
These tickets occasionally will be sold on a very limited basis for a sold-out game through the Rate Field ticket windows or at whitesox.com. Guests holding SRO tickets should be directed to the outfield concourse area only.
Tours
Tours of Rate Field can be arranged by calling the Chicago White Sox at 312-674-1000, ext. 7182. Donations are requested for these tours, with proceeds going to Chicago White Sox Charities.

Umbrellas
Small umbrellas are allowed into the ballpark. Golf size umbrellas are not permitted in the ballpark. No umbrellas may be open in the seats while the game is in play as they obstruct the view of other guests.
Unauthorized Transmission of Game
No person admitted to the park shall transmit or aid in the transmission of any description, account, filming or reproduction of any baseball game or exhibition conducted in the park unless expressly authorized by the Chicago White Sox.

Video Recordings
Video recorders are permitted in the park as long as they are not used to reproduce the actual game or interfere with any guests' enjoyment of the game. Professional cameras are not allowed in the ballpark at any time unless accompanied by a White Sox staff member.
Vizzy View Bar
Located at the top of the stairs in section 159, the Vizzy View Bar is open until the last out of each game. Wheelchair access is up ramp 6 or through the Diamond Suite elevators located behind home plate.
Volunteer Corps presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois
A signature program for the White Sox, the Volunteer Corps serves as a way to unite White Sox fans through service opportunities within our community. The team organizes community outreach events that incorporate support from current and former players, coaches, Southpaw, front office staff and members of the volunteer group to serve shoulder-to-shoulder to make Chicago a better place to live, work and play. Washrooms
Men's and women's washrooms are located on all levels throughout the ballpark. Changing tables are available in all men's and women's washrooms. A family restroom/gender neutral washroom is located in section 106. The key can be obtained from the Guest Service Representative in the section.
Water Fountains
Water Fountains are located near the restrooms throughout the ballpark.
White Sox Charities Auction
Autographed new or game-used memorabilia is available for auction every week online at whitesox.com/auction, and every game on the MLB Ballpark app. Fans have until 80 minutes after 1st pitch to place a bid on the item(s) via the app. Items can be viewed and picked up same day at the Charities Corner at section 154.
Wheelchair Escort Service
Escorts with a a limited number of wheelchairs are available at Gates 3 and 5 and the Guest Relations Booths on a first-come, first-served basis. The White Sox provide all guests with access to wheelchairs and escorts for transportation to and from the gates to your seating area. Due to their limited number, wheelchairs cannot be signed out for the entire game.
Xfinity Wifi
At Rate Field, Xfinity Wifi is accessible to all fans. To connect to high-speed internet from your phone, go to your Settings > Wi-Fi > Select xfinitywifi_WhiteSox. After reviewing and accepting our terms and conditions, you will have access to free Wifi.
Wintrust Scout Seats
This all-inclusive area is accessible to guests holding a Wintrust Scout Seat ticket. Guests may enter through the entrance at Gate 3 1/2. This area is also accessible through the Main (100) Level seating area directly behind home plate. No food or drink may leave this area.
