Tyler Glasnow, Blake Treinen and Blake Snell, Dodgers
Glasnow left early from his April 20 start against the Rangers with lower leg cramps after throwing one pitch in the fifth inning. The TV broadcast had shown Glasnow appearing to flex his right ankle before his early exit.
Treinen has a low-grade sprain in his right forearm, per manager Dave Roberts, and will proceed with rest and rehab for now.
Snell (left shoulder inflammation) threw his first bullpen on April 19 and is expected to be able to return to the Dodgers' rotation without a rehab assignment.
Brandon Marsh and Ranger Su¨¢rez, Phillies
Marsh was placed on the 10-day IL on April 20 with a left hamstring strain.
Su¨¢rez (lower back stiffness) will make his third rehab start on April 22 with Triple-A Lehigh Valley, after which he's likely to need at least one additional outing before being activated.
Griffin Conine, Marlins
Conine was placed on the 60-day IL on April 20 with a dislocated left shoulder.
Jeff McNeil and Francisco Alvarez, Mets
McNeil (right oblique strain) and Alvarez (fractured left hamate bone) will remain on their current rehab assignments heading into the week of April 21.
Brayan Bello, Kutter Crawford and Lucas Giolito, Red Sox
Bello (right shoulder inflammation) will likely rejoin the rotation when the Mariners come to town April 22-24. If not, he will pitch in Cleveland for the start of the next road trip.
Crawford (right patellar soreness) is expected to report to Fort Myers on April 22, where he will face live hitters and work towards appearing in extended Spring Training games.
Giolito (low grade left hamstring strain) will make his fourth rehab start on April 20, after which he's likely to need one more before being activated.
Heston Kjerstad and Grayson Rodriguez, Orioles
Kjerstad left the Orioles' April 19 game after being hit by a pitch on the right elbow. X-rays came back negative and he was out of the lineup Sunday.
The Orioles are seeking more opinions after receiving the results of imaging on Rodriguez's right shoulder. Rodriguez, who has been on the injured list with right elbow inflammation, was originally scheduled for a side session on April 17 but instead underwent an MRI after experiencing shoulder soreness.
Ben Rice, DJ LeMahieu and Jonathan Lo¨¢isiga, Yankees
Rice left the Yankees' April 19 game with a left elbow contusion stemming from his second hit-by-pitch of the day. X-rays and a CT scan all came back negative and he is considered day-to-day.
LeMahieu (left calf strain) could begin a rehab assignment as soon as April 22, likely with Double-A Somerset, but will require a long buildup before he can return to the Majors.
Lo¨¢isiga (recovery from right UCL surgery) is scheduled to throw his third live batting practice session April 20 in Tampa, Fla., as he nears a Minor League rehab assignment.
Nick Sandlin and Erik Swanson, Blue Jays
Sandlin was placed on the 15-day IL on April 20 with a right lat strain. He will be shut down from throwing for a few days.
Swanson (median nerve entrapment) was scheduled to throw a simulated game on April 19, and if he recovers well, he'll begin his rehab assignment soon after.
Chase Meidroth and Mart¨ªn P¨¦rez, White Sox
Meidroth has been dealing with right thumb inflammation and will undergo imaging.
P¨¦rez left his April 18 start vs. the Red Sox after three innings with left forearm soreness. He was placed on the 15-day IL on April 19 with left elbow inflammation and is scheduled for an MRI.
Josh Lowe and Shane McClanahan, Rays
Lowe (Grade 2 right oblique strain) took 20 dry swings on April 19 and plans to begin hitting off a tee in the coming week.
McClanahan (left triceps nerve irritation) is expected to attempt to throw for the first time the week of April 21.
Spencer Horwitz, Colin Holderman and Tim Mayza, Pirates
Horwitz (right wrist) has been cleared to resume baseball activities and will report to extended Spring Training.
Holderman (right knee sprain) is expected to begin a rehab assignment in the coming days.
Mayza was placed on the 15-day IL on April 19 with a left shoulder lat muscle strain and will be examined this week.
Ketel Marte, A.J. Puk and Kevin Ginkel, D-backs
Marte (left hamstring strain) has been taking live BP and has begun a running program.
Puk was placed on the 15-day IL on April 19 with left elbow inflammation after complaining of stiffness following his April 17 appearance. He is scheduled to undergo imaging.
Ginkel (right shoulder inflammation) faced live hitters in a 21-pitch appearance in an extended Spring Training game.
CJ Abrams and Michael Soroka, Nationals
Abrams (right hip flexor strain) is "fairly close" to a return, per manager Dave Martinez, but is still working on moving laterally.
Soroka (right biceps strain) was expected to throw on April 19 in Colorado and if he recovers well could make a rehab start next week.
Kyle Freeland, Kris Bryant, Ezequiel Tovar and Thairo Estrada, Rockies
After trying to make his warmup pitches for the third inning of his April 20 start, Freeland left early with a finger blister on his throwing hand.
Bryant (lumbar degenerative disc disease) is doing baseball activities but his return does not appear imminent as the Rockies initially thought.
Tovar was placed on the 10-day IL on April 19 with left hip pain.
Estrada (fractured right wrist) still has a slight fracture but is healing well.
Lucas Erceg, Royals
Erceg left his April 18 appearance with a left foot contusion after being struck by a 109.1 mph liner. X-rays came back clean and he was feeling good enough the next day to pitch in an emergency situation, although he did not appear.
Pablo L¨®pez, Twins
L¨®pez (right hamstring strain) made a rehab start for Triple-A St. Paul on April 19, throwing 63 pitches over 4 2/3 innings of work.
Javier Assad and Tyson Miller, Cubs
Assad (mild left oblique strain) had his April 20 rehab start postponed until April 22 due to inclement weather.
Miller (left hip impingement) threw 1 1/3 innings in his April 19 rehab appearance with Triple-A Iowa and is scheduled for back-to-back outings this week.
John Brebbia, Tigers
Brebbia was placed on the 15-day injured list on April 19 with a right triceps strain.
Casey Schmitt, Giants
Schmitt was placed on the 10-day IL on April 19 with a left oblique injury.
Jason Heyward, Padres
Heyward was placed on the 10-day IL on April 19 with left knee inflammation.
